i come here all the time and the employees are usually nice and accommodating. in particular, Brandon, Aaron, and another friendly lady (i think her name is Debbie i might be wrong) are always so friendly and make my day better. even though our interactions are brief, i appreciate these kind amazing baristas!

I placed an order on the app and forgot that I had chosen drive-thru pickup but I went inside. They were still kind enough to get for me inside the store. The drive-thru gentlemen Aaron was also super friendly. This has been my favorite Starbucks and will continue to be.

The dark haired girl at the drive thru Sunday afternoon was so unfriendly. She was talking on her headset with the other girls about what she had done this weekend. I asked for a straw and got no answer and no straw so I asked again and she rolled her eyes at me. It isn't the first time I have experienced this from her. She acts like customers are inconveniencing her and disrupting her gossip time. She should not be serving the public.

We stopped going to this location. Used to go daily but after about 30 consecutive days of our drinks being made wrong, we gave up, and started going all the way to Garrity location where the drinks are always made right.
One day while driving by we decided to risk it all, and give this location another try.
There was one car in the drive thru ahead of us.
After giving the drink to that car, for 5 minutes, a guy and a girl hung out the window talking to the driver, who was apparently a friend or something.
While we waited, they hung out in the window talking and laughing. Then the female barista reached out and rubbed all over a dog that was in the car with her bare hands.
Finally the driver drove off. We assumed our drink was sitting melting, but actually it had not even been made when we got the window. We then witnessed the shock of the dog rubbing barista, making our drinks without washing her hands, then grabbing the drink with her hand on the lid touching the drinking spout, and handed it out the window to us. We were too shocked to say or do anything.
We drove to the front and parked, deciding whether to take the drink inside and confront her. We then noticed the label, this was not our drink at all. Went inside, where she apologized and gave us the correct drink which was sitting on the counter. The one she gave us, had been another customer's order. Finally got our drink, took a sip and as always, it was made completely wrong. No coffee flavor in a shaken espresso, just a very expensive glass of milk. For the record, it was at 1:20 pm Saturday 7/26/25, in case the corporate office would like to know who was working at the time. We know the management at this location will not do anything, as the same problems have gone on for years at this location.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location in Meridian! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm smile and friendly service that instantly brightens my day. The baristas here go above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect, and they’re always kind, quick, and professional — even during busy hours.

The seating area is a huge bonus. It’s spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, whether you’re meeting a friend, catching up on work, or just taking a moment for yourself. The layout allows for both quiet corners and more social spots, and there’s always a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Consistently great coffee, outstanding customer care, and a welcoming atmosphere — this Starbucks is truly one of the best in town. Highly recommend!

This place is so greedy. I tried to order a brownie and was told they don't carry them anymore so I just asked for a water instead. They told me I have to make a purchase in order to get a water. How cheap does a franchise have to be to be stingey with water! What makes it even worse is that I started to come here on my lunch breaks and would even tip the employees. It's ridiculous when major companies are so cheap that they can't even give you a free water.

I usually do group orders here for my office with no issues, about 12 total. Clearly written out, labeled w/ names. The gal taking the order this morning (won’t mention her name, maybe she will see this and learn from it) I handed her the list, instantly she is thrown off not wanting to take it, said “I see a problem here, we’re out of oat milk” and handed the list back to me. I said “okay, just do almond”. Not that deep right. The tension for absolutely no reason isn’t appreciated. There was no one behind me to order, and her only job was to plug in the orders?? Her team did all the hard work, which is greatly appreciated! One of the gals even gave a genuine thank you at the end.

Had a mobil order, walked in, wasn’t acknowledge or even said hello to, even though I was standing next to bole orders for 7 minutes and i could see my coffee on the other side of the counter. The girl making the coffee gave me a a smirky look as I was waiting so I just left and went through the drive through, took me 3x longer than if I would have just gone through the drive through in the first place- kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering ahead.

White chocolate mocha was watered down in my taste. Uncomfortable chairs. Speed of order was ok... no shade on the baristas, overworked is poor business practice, not the servers fault.

this place is extremely slow. I ordered 3 things! A grande pink drink, a grande caramel brûlée latte, and a breakfast egg, bacon, and gouda sandwich! It took 35 minutes, not to mention my sandwich was the first one out. After waiting that long, i got a cold sandwich and time wasted. It would be understandable if they were busy, but there was pretty much nobody especially inside.
