this place is extremely slow. I ordered 3 things! A grande pink drink, a grande caramel brûlée latte, and a breakfast egg, bacon, and gouda sandwich! It took 35 minutes, not to mention my sandwich was the first one out. After waiting that long, i got a cold sandwich and time wasted. It would be understandable if they were busy, but there was pretty much nobody especially inside.

This parkinglot is poorly designed and always hard to get into, if mor than 2 cars are at the drive threw it block the rest of the parking lot and people have difficulty getting in or out

We visit the Starbucks on Meridian and Overland frequently and generally have a great experience! The drinks are well-made, and the staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy times. Occasionally, there’s a bit of a wait, but the quality is consistently good. A solid spot for our coffee fix!

Picked up my mobile order got like 50% drink and the rest was the tiniest bit of cold foam and a ton of bubbly foam. I already paid $8 for a drink the least you could do is give me my moneys worth. Also didn’t even offer a straw and the drive thru worker was rude

Went through the drive through yesterday afternoon and ordered a usual on my way home (20 min away). About half way home I took my first drink and it was sour. I called and relaid the information and was told that it couldn’t be sour because she recently checked the dates. I insisted that something was wrong with the drink. She asked what time I ordered and what I ordered. She said that the drink wasn’t ordered at their location. I read the store number from the sticker on my drink and she said that I could come back right then and have it re made. I advised that I live 20 minutes away but that I would try to make it. I came the next day and went into the store. The lady at the front who originally helped me was very kind. She apologized and said that she would check on things and comped my drink to re make it. I also order additional drinks. Surprise…. The drink was sour again. I informed the barista that maybe the soy milk was sour because this is the second day in a row that it tasted awful. She said that she’s been making drinks for 3 hours hasn’t done anything different. I asked her to please help problem solve because something isn’t right. She offered to make it with an alternative milk. Okay thank you. Once the drink was made with almond milk it was delicious. One of the other two drinks I ordered was made using mocha instead of white mocha. The barista got so irritated. I feel like she was acting like I was a BIG problem. For asking to receive the drinks I paid for. I just don’t get it. This location used to be a favorite, sadly not anymore.

I really like this Starbucks because it’s really convenient on my way to work . Today I ordered online and their system wasn’t working and the guy working got me my coffee fast and out and was very kind . There coffee always taste great and I appreciate the baristas kindness and acknowledgement of their customers
