The baristas got out order wrong and had an attitude with my sister when she asked them why they were handing her a hot coffee when all 6 drinks were either iced or cold. They had read back the order 2 times and still messed up and was rude about it.

Ordered a grande matcha latte with raspberry syrup and raspberry cold foam and they must’ve been in a rush or something because there was zero raspberry and tasted very bitter. Re ordered the same drink but venti and it was noticeably worse. You can’t even get a sip without a clump of matcha. My boyfriend ordered a second drink as well it was a white chocolate strawberry cold brew and the shot was extremely burnt. Both drinks had snarky notes like “we missed you❤️” and “back for more?” I immediately assumed it was trying to be sassy or something? But I’m gonna try to put that feeling aside and just assume the barista on shift should be retrained. Havent had Starbucks in awhile and I figure it’s probably for the best it stays that way. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m mad we spent money on this

About 70-80% of the time my order is wrong. I always order a Peppermint Mocha with no whip. They constantly give me a white mocha with whip. Today they got the no whip correct but made it a white mocha instead. Didn’t realize until I got home in Kuna so not worth the trip back to correct it. The Starbucks north of the freeway on Meridian Rd is 100% better.

This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I've ever been to I got two sandwiches two drinks ordered on the app nothing special very simple our sandwiches were cold and she didn't put stoppers in her drinks and she literally almost spilled my boyfriend super hot black coffee all over us cuz she just literally shoved and pushed the items out the window wouldn't even give us a second order of pup cup for our dog and they weren't busy at all I do not recommend going to this location We ordered around 1:30 definitely don't go to this location around 1:30 p.m.

i come here all the time and the employees are usually nice and accommodating. in particular, Brandon, Aaron, and another friendly lady (i think her name is Debbie i might be wrong) are always so friendly and make my day better. even though our interactions are brief, i appreciate these kind amazing baristas!

I placed an order on the app and forgot that I had chosen drive-thru pickup but I went inside. They were still kind enough to get for me inside the store. The drive-thru gentlemen Aaron was also super friendly. This has been my favorite Starbucks and will continue to be.

The dark haired girl at the drive thru Sunday afternoon was so unfriendly. She was talking on her headset with the other girls about what she had done this weekend. I asked for a straw and got no answer and no straw so I asked again and she rolled her eyes at me. It isn't the first time I have experienced this from her. She acts like customers are inconveniencing her and disrupting her gossip time. She should not be serving the public.

We stopped going to this location. Used to go daily but after about 30 consecutive days of our drinks being made wrong, we gave up, and started going all the way to Garrity location where the drinks are always made right.
One day while driving by we decided to risk it all, and give this location another try.
There was one car in the drive thru ahead of us.
After giving the drink to that car, for 5 minutes, a guy and a girl hung out the window talking to the driver, who was apparently a friend or something.
While we waited, they hung out in the window talking and laughing. Then the female barista reached out and rubbed all over a dog that was in the car with her bare hands.
Finally the driver drove off. We assumed our drink was sitting melting, but actually it had not even been made when we got the window. We then witnessed the shock of the dog rubbing barista, making our drinks without washing her hands, then grabbing the drink with her hand on the lid touching the drinking spout, and handed it out the window to us. We were too shocked to say or do anything.
We drove to the front and parked, deciding whether to take the drink inside and confront her. We then noticed the label, this was not our drink at all. Went inside, where she apologized and gave us the correct drink which was sitting on the counter. The one she gave us, had been another customer's order. Finally got our drink, took a sip and as always, it was made completely wrong. No coffee flavor in a shaken espresso, just a very expensive glass of milk. For the record, it was at 1:20 pm Saturday 7/26/25, in case the corporate office would like to know who was working at the time. We know the management at this location will not do anything, as the same problems have gone on for years at this location.
