Just worst than average. No flavor over hot. No customer at the lobby so I don't understand the rush? How can anyone screw up? It ruined my idea of perfect coffee. This morning I had another location in Ogden Utah, perfecto! But not here.

Consistently have delivery orders ready when I walk in! Kudos to the management and the hard working staff ??.PS. Love the Thanksgiving blend. It's by far and large my favorite coffee each and every year. Please never stop carrying it and please keep it going through the month of November for crying out loud lol. You wanted to be able to keep buying it all the way up and tell and through Thanksgiving ???

The staff was not rude but they were not friendly. This location is disappointing. Thankfully, I no longer live in this area. Today I stopped here because of convenience hoping it has changed. My drink has never been right made here, but today was the worst of all. Within 5 minutes my stomach was hurting after ordering a venti blonde hot latte. I've been drinking Starbucks for 5 years plus almost every day, same drink. I have never had this type of reaction. The taste in my mouth is disgusting and I feel like that milk was either expired or no longer at correct temperature. I feel sick, disgusted, and let down. I will never ever for any reason stop at this location or recommend it to anyone.

Staff is always nice. I appreciate they way they let you know they are closing. Not pushy but friendly. They also make great espressos.
Paid $13 for 1 venti and 1 tall PSL and they couldn't have been bothered enough to actually fill the cup :(At least they got the order right this time.
Didn't get any coffee because they discontinued fruit flavors. Can't say the service is good when corporate has tenured employees sounding confused about it. I honestly don't know why starbucks is still relevant. I will wait until moxie java opens up.

Sandi was amazing. She was pumpkin themed for the first day of pumpkin spice lattes! I really appriciated her and it's crazy how seeing someone passionate about their job just gives you a better outlook on life. The coffee helped too :)
