I stopped here the morning of 12/4 to get coffee and ice for my dog before driving several hours across the country. The interaction I had with the barista left me feeling not great - her behavior was bizarre and not professional. She looked at me with so much resentment just for being a customer. Like it was my personal job to absorb all of her unhappiness in the world and also my fault somehow that she has this job at all. It was weird. It was so weird for the first couple hours of my drive the interaction still stuck with me. When driving through Idaho, I won’t stop here again. Please tell your employees to be professional - if that girl hates her job, it’s not my fault. And not my responsibility to absorb her negative energy. She was so nice to my dog, but couldn’t bother to treat me as a human being with basic dignity and respect.
As always, nice place to meet a friend and share a beverage and conversation. My favorite is a passion ice tea 🍵. Service was good & quick.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks I have been to. All the workers were great but for me the background noise here is less conducive to reading or having a quiet conversation with a friend. I was overstimulated here so if you tend to get that way too then be forewarned. If you thrive off that energy then you probably wouldn't notice.

in my experience, this starbucks coffee shop always has fast service and sets the perfect study mood with contemporary background music. The atmosphere also feels both modern and cozy ☕💻
The service was great it was a 2:00 to 5:00 ratio we were the only people in there, 😃

The stupidity here ruined my morning. How can you not make an order that every other location can? It's just a cheese danish with caramel on top.

Love staff and service! Super friendly!
This Starbucks has quickly become my favorite. Though located on a busy street corner, the staff took the time to learn my name and my usual order. It’s a small branch in the corner of a business park; still, there’s nowhere I’d rather grab a coffee.

The food used to be much better. Otherwise, very friendly, and if you like coffee, it's a good place to get it.

Typical Starbucks. I like thier coffee and thier breakfast sandwiches. Although I would like them to add new items sometimes for more variety. This Starbucks is usually very busy do to it's location which is right next to office buildings and a major street. The staff are always friendly and rarely if ever get our order wrong. Recommended but be aware it may be very busy.

Right, so I thought I’d pop into Starbucks for a coffee—haven’t been in years, and after today, I reckon I’ll wait another 20.
The place was empty. Not a soul. Three people behind the counter, just sort of… milling about, looking busy but achieving absolutely nothing. Fifteen minutes later—still no coffee. Not even a hint of movement toward making it. Honestly, I was starting to think I’d accidentally walked into a performance art piece about inefficiency.
So I ask, “Where’s my order?” And do you know what they say? “We couldn’t find it.” Couldn’t find it? What do you mean, couldn’t find it? It’s not like I slipped it into a hedge! Meanwhile, my Black American Express could definitely find it when I dispute the charge. Amazing how that works.
And get this—I asked for a full refund. Thought that was fair, considering they literally hadn’t even started my order. Should’ve been simple, right? No, instead I got that corporate-trained, dead-eyed look of confusion.
Honestly, Starbucks, if you don’t want customers to come in, just put a sign on the door. “Go away. We’re busy doing absolutely nothing.” Would save us all the trouble. Absolute waste of 15 minutes. Never again.

The Starbucks on Eagle and Franklin has friendly service and great coffee as expected, but they tend to run out of popular items more often than other locations. Still a great spot for a quick coffee fix with a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a solid experience!
