Amber, Eric and Hayley are the reason I frequent this Starbucks daily. From the first day I started stopping by Hayley has known my name. Whether I am in drive thru or walking in I am always greeted by name and feel like they truly care when they ask how I’m doing. They all know my drink or drinks as I change it up some and always have my sandwich started. If they happen to be out they are quick to suggest a great alternative. Starbucks did a great job hiring these three, they truly are the heartbeat of what customer service is all about.

Drive-through was Not the best customer service experience . The girl working the window came off as annoyed I was ordering a coffee . paying her and getting my coffee was uncomfortable to say the least as it annoyed her to swipe my debit card and hand me the coffee .

The gal who took my order was not friendly at all. Not even a smile or greeting. And then when she handed me my drink, it had whipped cream on it (I said no whip), so I just politely asked if they could scrape it off and she got an attitude. And then didn't say anything else when she had in my drink back to me. I didn't even ask them to remake it, which I could have done. I just don't understand the rudeness and the annoyance when it was clearly an error on their part. I wasn't rude or snarky. I was actually smiling and very friendly. Not impressed with the attitude for someone who works in a service-based position.

Pretty good experience although I don’t understand why they can’t heat up my americano after it has cream in it. Couldn’t you steam it? Also the music for in-house customers is way too loud. Who is the music for, you or the people who pay good dollars for their products? ?

I love the friendly baristas here. However, friendliness doesn't account for how many times my coffee order has been wrong. How hard is it to add vanilla to a breve? I have been fooled too many times to count, and shame on me for thinking the next time will be different. If you want a correct cup of coffee from this location, I would suggest skipping the drive thru and go in to make sure you taste your coffee before leaving the establishment.
