I was just there for a mobile pick up via drive thru
The drive thru barista was awful.
Had her back towards me the entire time when she did turn around she looked shocked I was waiting in my car for my drink!
Then didn’t say much didn’t smile gave me my two drinks, and acted like she was high!
She definitely is not Starbucks employee material and the manager needs to train her or let her go.
Starbucks is high customer service oriented, this barista lacks in all areas!

Waited 30 minutes for an iced coffee that never showed, even tipped the baristas. I tried to get a refund and they wanted to make the coffee instead. Had to ask for a refund twice apart for asking for my coffee twice? Then I believe one of your managers gave me attitude because the tipping screen came up again for the refund and I said I wouldn't tip again. Very disappointing service. Its an iced coffee how hard is it?

Ordered a London fog warm. They handed it to me scalding hot. Told me there’s no way they can control the temperature of the water after they said they could make it warm. Which is not true. I told her an alternative could be to steam the tea in half hot water and add cold water after steeping and then the warm milk. She even said I could request ice cubes but when I already said I didn’t want it scalding hot, that should mean either add cold water or ice cubes already right? She was extremely rude and given the reviews on here I’m sure I’m not the first person she engages in conflict with. A London fog isn’t rocket science, just do your job.

Stopped here out of desperation with a screaming baby. We need 2 oz of hot water for a bottle, the employee refused to SELL us some. 2 oz of water. Ridiculous. Another reason to give my coffee money to local places instead.

I always have gotten good customer service at all starbucks and I am shocked with how rude “Katie”
The “supervisor” is at this location.I went through the drive through and ordered my usual. Asked for a cup of water, well upon paying I asked if they can add some chocolate curls on top of my frap and she said “sure next time i’ll have to charge tho.”
I responded NICELY, sure I appreciate it. Well she hands me my drink and left. Realized She forgot to give me my water so I go through the drive through again, she opens the window and rudely asked if she can help me and I said “my water pls.” And she snapped and said well next time stop by the monitor and at this point I got annoyed because what is her problem? Well I responded with “if YOU didnt forget to hand it to me,” and she cut me off with have a nice day and SLAMMED THE WINDOW AT ME . So I went inside to ask for her name and she responded with I’m actually the supervisor. Well she shouldn’t be because she has no patience or respect to others. If you see this, supervisor, maybe you need to look for a new job. 🙂

I don't know what is the deal with this location but they have consistently gotten my order wrong, even with ordering with the app, on several occasions.
I'm pretty clear about wanting coconut milk, since cow milk makes me very sick but have gotten a couple drinks through the drive thru that were made incorrectly with cow milk and I then had to go inside to get it corrected.
I will no longer be using this location.

Very disappointed in this location. I’ve been ordering travelers from Starbucks for over 20 years when I called this location. They told me they needed 12 hours lead time to have it done. That’s ridiculous! I told them never mind. I will find somebody else.
I called the next Starbucks. They said no problem. Will have it ready for you in 30 minutes. The management here needs to be checked on by corporate.

The Caramel macchiato is delicious, but everything is not very expensive
Very disappointed. First time at this Starbucks and the floors were dirty, the staff disorganized (not their fault - zero on-site competent leadership is at fault), and I waited 25 minutes for an egg sandwich since they "lost" my order multiple times.

Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars because the bathrooms were not clean. I know for a fact that management is responsible because it was obvious that this location was understaffed. The toilet paper was loose and placed on the hand rail in both bathrooms and one toilet had urine on the seat. The service and product were amazing. The staff was busy but extremely patient and kind. I wish I could give a better review but bathroom cleanliness is extremely important in a public setting.
