This is NOT a complaint, just a review of one bad cup of hot chocolate among great ones over many many years as a Starbucks customer. The normal attention to detail on this cup of hot chocolate fell through the cracks ... it tasted like a weak mixture of water, coffee, and chocolate.

Love the attitude of the employees here! Despite their system being down and having a line of cars to get to, Gabe was an absolute delight when helping us and made the whole experience a breeze. :)
Inconsistent pricing, same drink 4 days a week and on the 5th day it’s an extra dollar for the same drink. $1,000’s of dollars spent over the past ten years, I will be using my rewards and never spending another penny at Starbucks

This is the wost starbucks avaid. I waited in a long drive-through line just to get to the window, and the order was wrong. I ordered a venti hot white moca. They gave me a tall. I said I ordered a venti, and the two ladies at the window rolled their eyes and said this would slow down the line. I stated I paid for a venti I would like a venti. 30 seconds later, they magically had a venti hot white moca ready. I watched them just pour milk. Horrible service I paid for an item I should get that item and without an attitude and pure laziness because they messed up. Do yourself a favor and go to the new one by the freeway. Better service and faster.
