This is the wost starbucks avaid. I waited in a long drive-through line just to get to the window, and the order was wrong. I ordered a venti hot white moca. They gave me a tall. I said I ordered a venti, and the two ladies at the window rolled their eyes and said this would slow down the line. I stated I paid for a venti I would like a venti. 30 seconds later, they magically had a venti hot white moca ready. I watched them just pour milk. Horrible service I paid for an item I should get that item and without an attitude and pure laziness because they messed up. Do yourself a favor and go to the new one by the freeway. Better service and faster.

I had a very many disappointing experiences at this Starbucks location. The staff are unfriendly, unmotivated, and showed no sense of urgency in their work. Despite a lack of customers, they seemed indifferent to timely service or addressing customer needs. There was a noticeable lack of communication and accountability among the team, which led to delays and frustration for those waiting.
Management at this location clearly needs to step up, as the current lack of efficiency and customer service is unacceptable. I have visited many Starbucks locations across different states, and this has been by far the worst one. I will avoid this location in the future.

I was interview at this location several months ago. I didn’t get the job but ever since I feel like the management who interviewed me has been making feel unwelcomed ever since. They “forget” to make my drink or make it wrong when they’re there when they’re not even busy. And they’re much friendlier to other customers than me. I truly have nothing against them ( Iknow nothing about them) but for some reason they’re passive aggressive towards me.
