Last few times the black ice tea has been very weak. Almost looks light as the green. And when you say something about it they just look at you and say nothing. ?

This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in the Treasure Valley. It is conveniently located, but beyond that, unlike other locations this location makes my nitro cold brews w/ vanilla sweet cream very consistently. At other locations, the drink tastes different almost every time. Here it tastes the same virtually every time I order it.Like many Starbucks their drive through and dine in is often extremely packed- yet these folks somehow never seem stressed. I think this is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to.They consistently welcome you when you walk in the door, call you by name if they know it, are friendly at the register, friendly at drink pickup, friendly over the intercom and window at the drive through- doesn't matter how busy it is.Random fact: one time I brought my son here and he threw up while eating at one of the tables. One of the busy workers baristas here immediately dropped what he was doing to help grab me some cleaning supplies. I didn't want him having to touch my kid's vomit, but he was happy to keep bring me towels and whatever I needed. Amazing service.

Ok Starbucks is Starbucks — consistent and expected. This is why they are the leader.This Starbucks sits near the western edge of Ada County in Meridian. It is surrounded by chain stores and anchored by a Walmart.So what should you expect?Lots of suburban parents. The area is middle to upper middle class which means this Starbucks is safe, clean and active. It’s busier on the weekends.I was greeted promptly when I came in and the barista was on top of it, fun and engaged.The coffee was predictable and that’s the guarantee of Starbucks.Parking: Starbucks’ traffic flow wraps through and around the store which means once in a parking spot, if the store is busy at all, your car will be trapped. I drive a small fiat 500 and I had to do a three point turn in three parking spots to get out of the spot. Crazy! I feel sorry for big trucks, which are plentiful here.Advice? Do not run the drive through traffic through the parking spot, but around the perimeter. Yes it will cost a few dollars, but this design needs to change.

My husband and I love Starbucks. Today I decided on a tall hot chocolate with whipped cream.It was weak, not tasting like they normally do. I was disappointed and threw it away. I was at work and couldn't go back.So not sure I'll go back to this location again.
This location is new but should shut down. Orders constantly working. Rude staff. Often out of product. With close down and retrain or close completely

Okay, so it's September 7th at 1:45 p.m. and I don't know her name, but she was working in the drive-thru. She has curly blonde hair gorgeous skin and the last two times I've come through it's been her and she is exceptional! Every time I've gone through I just feel such a warmth from her and just let her know, please, that she is lovely and wonderful and she should definitely be getting credit. Because it's such a rarity these days to find good customer service, and you've got one in her. There was also a girl a while back who wrote a really sweet message on my drink lid and so these two individuals have really just stood out to me. You have a couple of really wonderful people at this location that I've encountered. And I just want them to get a huge shout out, but especially the girl today because she just has made me feel so good the last couple times I've come through. I don't get a lot of human interaction with my job, so those little extras go such a long way for somebody in my situation as I don't get to talk to people very much. And it just warms my soul every time I have had her help me. General kindness goes such a long way, and people like her who go above and beyond just need to be acknowledged and recognized and thanked. So thank you sweet girl!
