On multiple occasions I have stopped by after 715 on a Sunday to find out they are closed. Even though the website says 8. And I forget every time.

I went in, on the first day of all the fall drops and everything, and the barista who was there was extremely nasty and had such an attitude. I first got there and she was being backhanded to a customer calling her “a basic white woman” for ordering a psl and when she first noticed me she loudly yelled out and groaned saying “oh god no” and rolled her eyes, and was watching me look at cups and gave me a nasty, almost disgusted look. I ended up not ordering or buying the cup I wanted because it was clear she didn’t want to serve “basic white women” now that fall stuff was out.

Online says they’re open until 8 and when I drove here at 7:20 they were closed and they door sign says they close at 7 everyday. I expect a Starbucks to monitor the hours of operation postings online to be more accurate. Extremely frustrating!

This is my Starbucks. There are many like it but this one is mine! Norm had cheers i have this starbucks. It has the best baristas of all the Starbucks I ever been to.

It’s Starbucks, now with impolite people. We only stopped here because I’m learning not to trust small eateries in the area with my business. Sad.

I have been trying to not complain about this place but my last two experiences here have been crummy and it’s just a waste of money not getting what you paid for :/ the first time I pulled someone’s blonde hair out of my mouth after taking a sip of my drink. The second time they gave me really burnt coffee that the oils in the beans separated, losing its flavor. Will probably just go to Dutch from here on out :/ maybe give incentive to your employees to do their jobs right or something.

Been here twice in the morning and the staff is rude and displays a bad attitude. Showed up today at 5:30 and they’re closed. The only reason to drink this harsh age is they open at 5am. Bye bye Starbucks!
Best Starbucks in the valley. Espresso-based lattes and cappuccinos are made well.

Did an online order and some how order got sent to wrong Starbucks thats on other side of town and the guy at the window said he can't do anything about it I need to go to the Starbucks that the order got sent to or reorder another drink for this location
