Not sure if short staffed today, but waited in drive thru 20 minutes. Wouldn’t mind if the employee was at least friendly. She was very short and quick when asking anything after every question. So I forgot to ask for pickles on the sandwich, when I got to window I asked for a side to not make her life more difficult, she walked away for a minute or 2 and then conveniently they were out of pickles. I had also asked for ranch and the chipotle sauce and I somehow got the sweet onion sauce which ruined my whole sandwich…

The person working the cash register and wrapping up the sandwich is always the newest member of the team and it takes the longest if you order a warm sandwich you would like to be able to eat it while it’s warm takes way too long to check out. Manager stands there and watches.

The area manager for these locations is quite pitiful!
Its subway have it your way! If I order a sandwich but I'm allergic to one of the meats I should be able to switch the meats for more of what I can eat. I'm not going to pay double meat for the same amount of meat as a regular sandwich lmao. I should either get a discount on my sandwich for not getting the full amount of meat or I should get more of the same meat as the same price.

A sandwich should have 20 slices of meat, I'm pretty sure it was in the training.
it's rude to tell me to pay for double meat when you only put 10 slices of meat on it!
I have been eating literally the the same sandwich for 10 years the price has already gone up 8$ I'm not paying for double meat.

At this point il just go with it. Let them build the sandwich and walk out at the end without paying and go to a different subway until I get what I have been getting/ what I want.

Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to half the meat on the sandwich you will be forced to pay full price for half the meat.

What is happening at this location!!!! Second time I have order almost all veggies on my sub and and gotten hardly any!!! Literally 4 pieces of spinach!!!! No banana peppers when I ordered extra! And hardly any lettuce! I have been ordering through the app lately cause there is never enough help and it takes forever. About a month ago a poor girl was in there all alone, in tears. People waiting! I felt so bad for her I almost jumped over the counter to help her. I got her to calm down and made sure everyone in line was ok. Something is going on at this location and they need to do better! Better for their employees and customers!
