Went to get sandwiches after a long day, found multiple hairs in my sandwich from the employee working there. He was not wearing a hair net and just had his hair in a pony with a hat on. I was obviously immediately disgusted and didnt eat my sandwich obviously. So before you eat your sandwich from here make sure there's no hair in it first🤮

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a Subway. Took 25 minutes of waiting for the 4 people in front of me and another 10+ to get two servers to make my three simple sandwiches. The guy starting the sandwiches couldn’t remember any aspect of the order and didn’t even know the menu. The other guy finishing the sandwiches was just as bad and thought it funny. As I left, I warned the customers behind me. I will never return to this Subway.

Thank you for charging us for a 6 inch for my daughter then giving us a 4 inch with NO meal! Very rude staff and poor service. We were ordering a 3rx sandwich and they didn't ask if we had another one and tried to ring us out without it then got upset with me when I said I had a 3rd sandwich. I questioned it and she was rude. She didn't give us a receipt so I could confirm it either.

Kid-friendliness: I asked for a kids ham. I got charged for a 6 inch and actually got a 4 inch sandwich with NO meal. When questioned they said oh we only charged the sandwich. They don't have a 4 inch sandwich!

Love working here and getting to meet various people and interact with them providing a quality customer experience and trying to give them a highlight in their day! More than a sandwich or another customer... rather a chance to brighten someone's day by being polite, courteous and exceeding their expectations.

Vegetarian options: Veggie Delight. As many veggies as you want on our delicious bread, wraps, or Flatbread. Bowls Also available.

Ordered online, showed up a couple minutes early to pick up and the girl working (the only person working at the Subway) was nowhere to be seen.She shows up 10 minutes later and had been shopping in the Walmart..Life happens, I get it. Perhaps it was something she really needed to buy, in the middle of her shift, with no coverage.. but the following interaction was so awkward I was just kinda speechless.Now that I'm complaining about customer service at Subway, I am officially old..

There wasn't a clean table at all in the store. Floor wasn't clean (lobby and behind line) soda area wasn't stocked or clean. Line wasn't stocked at all neither where chips. Sanitizer buckets look like they havnt been changed since opening(2 hour max before changing). The female working didn't bother to wash her Hands or change gloves after sneezing twice then proceeded to make an online order.i don't think I'll be returning to this store.

Been there twice have gotten sick both times I’ve been there. Worst food handling skills I’ve ever encountered. The lady touched raw eggs then dipped her hands in various meats and cheeses. Not a safe place to eat.

I went in to try to get breakfast in the morning and nobody was there an opening the store when they said it was supposed to be open at 9:00. Kind of ridiculous. Can't even stick to store hours.

The staff is atrocious here. Especially the tall, skinny kid with a Pokémon pin on his hat. He is EXTREMELY rude to people. It hasn’t just been me either, but my wife and other customers I’ve seen over the 4 or 5 times he’s served me. He’s used profanity, he’s been aggressive, and he’s downright mean to people. I get people don’t like their jobs, but that’s not an excuse to treat everyone like garbage. Get him out of there.
