Not sure what happened to the old employees that used to serve me who always had good customer service, but the new big and tall kid that served me today was very rude and unfriendly, looks like a whole new crew working here now, My Cheesy Garlic Steak came with one little line of cheese from a squeeze bottle rather than what the picture looks like and I was told that's all that comes with it.

I love the freshness of the Freedom and Democracy from this Subway. Everyone from the employees to managers at this store demonstrated great prowess in creating and serving my Subway sandwich. I am truly in awe and inspired by this store. I appreciate Subway53952 for the amount of Liberty and Patriotism here.

How hard is it to tell someone who is picking up an order that the chips are not in the bag or just remind them to pick them out before leaving? Especially when you are the ONLY customer in there!
The guy working had his back turned the whole time and only turned to face me when I entered and to show where to pickup my order.
Almost 30 dollars to leave without part of the order. Annoying.

One of the best Subways around. I come here for lunch during the week for a healthy non greasy meal. The lunch staff during the week are always friendly and always make my sandwich the way I like it. The restaurant seating area is always clean and comfortable. For once, there’s a Subway that’s top notch.

also the heavy set lad that was in there last night needs to find a new job or go through retraining. Made me feel like I was burdening him with my presence

When you're in the mood for Subway (rarely) this is the one to go to! Their sandwiches are consistent and the great employees have been there for years, they and the owners are definitely doing something right!

Went In to order and was told that you can’t use the app to pay which is where the gift cards were. So I sat in the restaurant and placed the order in the app and then watched them serve the long line of customers that walked in after I placed the order. I waited over 25 mins for an online order inside the store until they decided to get to me. Got the subs home and 2 out of the 4 were made wrong. It’s like the just threw random ingredients on the sandwich just to get it out the door.

Horrible experience. Paid almost 15$ for a sandwich full of different kinds of meat only to get a ham sandwich. Also ordered cookies which were burnt and not the flavors we wanted. Super disappointed I wasted my money.

I ordered food online and waited outside until it said that the order was fulfilled and ready. When I went in to pick it up they said that they have other customers to attend to and they will get to it in a little while. Lack of communication and respect for all paying customers at this location

If you google does subway have gluten free bread it says yes they do , so I'm not sure if this location just refuses to get it for whatever reason, but it's not cool. I wouldn't be surprised if subway goes completely out of business the way they handle things. There's zero customer service, rude and lazy employees. It's really sad to see how awful customer service has become in the recent years, no one cares anymore .

This is our local subway, and while the food is good the staff is not. Every time we order the wait times are crazy long and no one is friendly with us unfortunately. We placed a to-go order today, and when we walked in all of the employees were talking and hanging out but our order hadn't been started. Overall pretty disappointed with this location, as it has been a consistent problem every time we've come in.
If you want to be completely - and I mean COMPLETELY- ignored by the store associates, then this is the location for you! If you love standing in line as the associates fill online order after online order without acknowledging the growing line inside the store, waiting to order food, then this is the location for you! And if you enjoy wasting twenty minutes, running out of time and patience and leaving with nothing but confusion as to how poor the customer service is, then, by all means, THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU! Worst experience EVER in a Subway! Not the only one with poor review for them, no doubt.
