The service was great very nice respectful They accidentally messed up the order, but they quickly fix the order with a refund with no charge of the other food and the guy who took our order, offered us to buy us a drink and get us a drink so five star fast food in my opinion and the food was top notch really good better than all the other Taco Bell‘s in this area

Need to fix your ordering system . I ordered a burrito at the kiosk and waited 17 mins . Mean while some one can come in after me order multiple items get his food eat his food and order more and get that food before I can get a single burrito that I placed an order for over 15 mins before then. Quite ridiculous system.

Ordered from this Taco Bell via the app for delivery, called once and they refused to help, called a second time and had to be forceful to get any update on my order over an hour later. Ended up having to go over the stores head to get it canceled
They don’t answer their phones. You call a different Taco Bell, they answer and say it has been a common complaint that this Taco Bell doesn’t answer their phone. So if you order, double-check to make sure it’s correct because you make the mistake we did and wait until you get home (at 10 at night), you can’t call for them to right the wrong. And according to a different Taco Bell it’s up to the manager onsite if they’ll honor the meal they screwed up the day before. Absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to answer their phones. Poor customer service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! Paid for 4 drinks, was only given 2 and then repeatedly ignored, as I stood at the counter, trying to ask for my other two drinks. At one point, an employee walked over and as I started to ask for the other two drinks she literally put her hand out, palm towards my face shook her head and walked away. Took another 5 minutes before a manager finally walked over, apologized, and handed me the other 2 drink cups.
I've never been so treated so poorly at any restaurant. This place should be shut down.

Consistently incorrect. Tried again after avoiding this location for over a year. The first time was ok, second ok but small portion sizes. Then the third time completely wrong. Been going to this place for over 20 years and I have had it, I got used to going somewhere else and will now continue to do that. I will never return.
I come to this location often, yet the service is always horrendously slow. You’d probably find faster service at the Taco Bell on Eagle if you drove from this location.

How hard is it to forget sauce???? You make a minimum of $15/Hr. I've been to places that pay there employees 7.25 with better service.

The people that work here are so obnoxious. Yelling and cussing at each other from the dining room to the kitchen. I'm just trying to have a peaceful lunch with my 4 year old. Waited 15 minutes for my order just for my food to taste nasty, I ordered a quesadilla and the cheese wasn't even melted, it was cold. I asked for new one and it was warm on one side and cold the rest.

This is fairly close to my house so I go there on occasion. For whatever reason compared to other Taco Bell’s, they screw up my order, probably half a third of the time. I’m probably a pain due to the fact that I always order items minus an ingredients or with an extra ingredient. I have to make sure I pretty much check my food every single time before I leave. They always ask if I want taco sauce during my order and it has been forgotten quite a few times. Getting home with no taco sauce may not seem like a big deal, but it kind of is. Also pink extra for something that I don’t get that’s always kind of annoying. I’ll still go here on occasion. I just make sure to check all of my food before I leave.
