Didn't Go inside, the guy at the drive-thru window was very polite. The only problem was the sign was out. And it was dark and I'd never been to this one before. Took me half an hour to find it.... I'd already paid for my food. 🤪

First they forgot two of our burritos, mind you we’re the only people there. So then we go back around to get what we ordered, waiting in the sudden line of cars. We didn’t mind the wait and understand that’s not the employees fault, but there was a clear difference in attitude from the first time. They folded our burritos so poorly, none of them even close to the same size.

I will be writing two different reviews on two different Taco Bellā€˜s starting with Main St., Taco Bell in Meridian and ending with a somewhat positive because I don’t look at life or the people I meet in life as negative. I’m the type of guy that likes to hope for the best and expect the worst but I will start with Main St., Taco Bell during my shift. I have known one of the GM’s over there. For a little while, but My name is Travis Arnold just by saying that should ring a bell to one of your guys’s employees I have always came in from a dash and have had a good attitude every time. but he has been very naĆÆve and short I just want to say, though I will never be buying Taco Bell from that specific location because of the fact of the tenancy to be disrespected every single time I have been there the only time I will be going there is to pick up a DoorDash but I do got to say as for State Street Taco Bell they have been somewhat pleasant to me from what I’ve left. I have given my two weeks like any employee should might have still been disrespected every time I’ve been over there not everything was negative. I have met them very good people there, but this is all I have to say because I don’t have too much more that I even want to talk about because I really am not the negative type

Frustrated with our experience tonight. Took 40 minutes to get our order, half of it was wrong, and part of it tasted like the oil was old and the chicken in the burrito was fried to a yucky crisp. Very busy when we went and we try to give people grace, but very disappointed. Customer service was non-existent and then rude while trying to get food and get drinks that were ordered.

Ordered via kiosk. Took over 30 mins to get our food. Had to ask for the cups 3 times 2 things made wrong one pictured... This was a bit ridiculous they weren't busy when we got here. Got busy shortly after but that's no excuse for literal plastic in our food

Horrible experience. The employees were in the back, doing nothing and messing around. About 4 other people were waiting with messed-up orders, and when they complained, the workers were sassy. We finally got our order after about 35 mins of waiting, and they messed it up, and the food was cold. Would not come back to this location

waited for nearly 30mins for our order. total of four guests not being helped in this span of time. watched people cancel their orders cos the wait is so bad. someone who i assume is the manager was just talking to someone in the dining lobby, ignoring the pile of people that aren’t being helped and the food not being made. employees just standing around or making one burrito and taking a break. fast food not really all that fast huh. our food was cold when we finally got it which meant it was just sitting back there. like what are we talkin bout.

I placed a mobile order that apparently didn't go through to the store's system. Kaylee, Tiffany and Isabel helped get everything figured out and got my food out quickly. This location has the best customer service in the Meridian area.

Worst service I’ve ever got my crunch wrap looked like a child put it together and when I talked to the manager about it she kick d me out because I cussed don’t need to hear your excuses about your crew being new walk out of the office and do your job plus I’m 99% sure the ā€œmanagerā€ was drunk
