On part of our order we orders chips and cheese sauce and they forgot the chips... I called twice letting it ring for at least a minute both times and nobody will answer the phone. Was hoping to be able to give a name for when we come back another time or something for either a refund or something.

I went to the driveup today. The veggie burito was mostly beans and very little other ingredients. I ordered and paid extra for gauamole and there was none. I gave the drive guy my phone number for rewards and he said I needed a new acct. I wonder why I get text with specials. I border 4 packets of green sauce and didn't get any sauce. I will never stop at this store again.
