We really liked a lot of the meats here! The potatos were also amazing as a side dish. The salad bar left a little to be desired as it lacked many options.

Really enjoyed the meat servers. They were friendly and quick with service. The meat was great. Hostess was rude and not very welcoming. Also watched as she ran to the back multiple times with a mouth full of food and not really concerned with the front guests. Our server was forgetful and our drinks from the bar came back with melted ice.

The waitstaff and servers were very attentive throughout our visit. We really enjoyed the salad bar and side dishes—the scallop potatoes were very flavorful and smoked fish was plentiful. Unfortunately we didn't have room for dessert~

Nathan was our server and seriously made us feel like the only table in the room. His recommendations were top notch, cleared plates quickly and kept our waters full. Food was amazing! Never experienced this and it was amazing!! Thank you!

This visit was exceptional! Greeted: warm & friendly by a host in training. Glad you're here! Server was attentive to all the details & was very friendly. 1 meal & 1 salad bar purchase. Meat was not over salted from previous experiences, but warm salad at sides were, scalloped potatoes & mushrooms. Gauchos we're timely with meat that was perfectly cooked & warm/temps. Great birthday dinner for the hubs. Met Corporate Manager train new Staff who was wonderful. We were very impressed with this visit, which stood out from previous visits. Thanks y'all for a wonderful birthday dining experience

I have been to Texas de Brazil in Texas a few times. I would give five star reviews for all my Texas experiences. However, our experience in Boise only deserves two. Here is why:1. They asked if it was a special occasion on our reservation. I stated that it was my elderly Mother’s birthday. Not one mention of it the entire evening.2. Poor explanation of the process, can be confusing.3. Never received a piece of meat that was remotely warm.4.Very slow service with the meat carvers. They were dismissive and uneducated as well.5. Our waiter was also the bartender so our personal service was very sub par.Usually love this restaurant. Boise has a lot of work to do before making it worth the $60-$70 per person!!?

Terrible service. Server was rude, inattentive and pushy. Salad bar isn't great, not many options. This is an all you can eat concept but dessert is not included and costly. Restaurant is not upscale, feels like an open cafeteria, patrons way underdressed. Meat was very good, only reason I even gave 2 stars. Overall experience was awful; terrible service and overpriced. Will not be back.Kid-friendliness: Very few food options for kids.

Highly recommended, What an amazing dining experience! We enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere so much that it’s our new favorite restaurant. The presentation of the meat was matched only by the flavors and variety. Thank you to the staff who helps serve us. Victor, Will, Caleb and Rebecca are wonderful! If I could leave 10 stars I would.

Terrible dining experience. Salad bar is marginal, server was awful. We were charged for items we did not order. No options for children. This is not upscale, feels like you're in a cafeteria. Meat was very good but the rest of the experience was terrible and we will not be back.

Wait staff was amazing. Most notably our waiter Kodii . Simply perfection. I was there with my granddaughter who is a “foodie”, so this was a fabulous experience for her. Kodii kept our drinks filled and checked on us frequently. He answered all our questions. The “gauchos” were very informative and one actually offered us a to go box to be sure we experienced a taste of all the meat. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Food was amazing. Only downside was it seemed like it took a while between cuts of meat. And each cut isn't very big so our plates were empty for a while while waiting. Bacon wrapped filet was unbelievably good.

Will not return during a holiday- our poor server had way too many tables- sitting in the middle of the room we were not offered meat choices that the rest of the room received. We would have got more cocktails and deserts

Always awesome. Rebekkah is the best—joyful, enthusiastic, attentive, professional and considerate. And the gauchos are also great—esp Will, Caleb and Oliver. Wish we knew more gaucho names to call out. But did we mention Rebekkah is great?

Our first time there, and they made us feel right at home! Our waiter, Josh, was prompt, courteous and cordial. The salad bar was loaded, and the meats were excellent. It was an unusual experience because 1st you load up at the salad bar, and then various servers come to your table to carve your meat (sirloin steak, filet mignon, lamb, pork, chicken). You can have as much or as little as you like. They keep coming back until you let them know that you are sated. We had a great meal and a great time!

Food is top-notch. The steak is tender. The Lamb is to die for! I am not a big mint person, but I love the lamb with the mint jelly. This place is definitely quality over quanity. Their side bar is full of amazing complementary dishes such as smoked salmon and lobster bisque. Service was good but had to ask for some things repeatedly.
