This is a gem of a breakfast wonderland. We picked two seats at the bar and we’re lucky enough to sit next to the owners who helped us plan a day trip. I think as we walked out no less than four of their employees thanked us for coming in the service was awesome, the attitudes of the staff were wonderful. And the food was amazing!

Great food and awesome staff. The atmosphere was very inviting, but busy. So if you don't like being in a place thats packed I wouldn't go. Even being packed they got food out in a timely manner, and still delightful.

This is my first time eating at The Griddle. They have fresh squeezed orange juice which is amazing. I ordered their French dip and it was a super good. My husband ordered breakfast and he really enjoyed his meal. I know for a fact that when I come back up to Boise for a visit I will be eating at this restaurant again. The people that work there are freaking amazing they all had a smile they all seemed happy they were just awesome. And it was a great environment to be in for eating breakfast / brunch.

Went in for breakfast sat at the bar for like 5 minutes before anyone said hi, then sat for another 5, had another set of customers come in sat few seats down from me they had a drink and ordered food, so I got on the phone and called in my order it went faster that way. Then after about 15 minutes of being in the restaurant someone came up to me and asked if I wanted to order ?. I told them I called it in. Won’t be coming back to this place horrible service.
Waited 8 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally flagged someone down who mumbled something about "server." We watched while she walked behind the counter and had an animated conversation with the 3 people standing there. This included many glances our way. She then returns and says, "someone will be with you in a minute." Another 4 minutes goes by and finally someone takes our order. This was not a busy time. I have been eating here for well over 10 years and the service has always been amazing! Today there was a sense of apathy I've never seen before. Not sure what the issue was, but I can assure you it's not good for business.

I took my girlfriend there as a surprise date and she loved it the atmosphere was amazing and the lighting really fit the mood. The customer service was spectacular our waiter was very kind and try to accommodate for our needs. We had a great time and the wait wasn’t too long.
