We still come and order here anyway but there are some things to consider. You must check every food item as they have never once given us every item we ordered without us having to remind them. I highly encourage management to watch the tapes and train the staff. My husband had to walk in one time and it was super creepy inside apparently. Every time I stop by gyro shack at this location for food, the customer service is amazing! Best costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Most recent visit was great! I went thru the driveway with my toddler & we were having a rough day needing comfort food. The drive thru gentleman that assisted me was so sweet to us!!! Both gentleman that have assisted me throughout the times I have gone are so wonderful! They are so sweet! Wish I knew there names!!

We came in on a Saturday at lunchtime. This particular location is lacking in customer service. They were not busy at all, yet the tables were dirty in the dining room. Not bad, but clearly there is very little pride at this location. It was obvious the employees were just chillin in the back waiting for someone to walk in and wake them up. The vibe was unwelcoming and awkward.
