We ordered 3 burgers with uber eats. My burger, the teriyaki char had so much mayo that the entire burger just tasted like mayo, the pineapple was missing, and very little teriyaki sauce. My daughter’s burger, the charburger with cheese was supposed to be with no lettuce and no tomatoes, it had both lettuce and tomatoes. My husbands burger also had so much mayo, that’s all you tasted, was mayo. So disappointing!! Pictures show the amount of mayo on our burgers.. I mean we like mayo but this is insane!
I had an awesome burger here today. And for a decent price
Very helpful staff
The food was good, but the service was off. The counter was left unattended a few times as the cooks hid out in the back corner, chatting amongst each other. The napkins needed replenishing, and the restaurant looked messy. This is not the Habit way.
I am instantly in love with their burgers! Like holy moly! I’d seen this place several times but never stopped in til today. The fries and everything were so fresh! The staff was really nice too
All self checkout now.

Twice in past 2 weeks visited Habit on Eagle Rd. spending almost $30 on both visits. Both times, every table dirty. On second visit, no pepperoncini. Ordered salad, burgers and half-and-half fries/onion rings for two. Burger much smaller than the bun. Fries + onion rings were old/cold. Asked for fresh , and it took 18 minutes for them to bring a tiny amount of fries (no onion rings) which took another 6 minutes. By that time, we were done with our meal. Didn't get extra onions as requested. Again, every table dirty. Bathroom had no hand-towels . Lots of young workers chatting, but extremely inefficient. Also, not going to pay for sauces that come free elsewhere. Used to love the Habit, but after last 2 bad experiences likely won't return.

Went for a complex order for friends and I, and ended up with Natalee as my cashier and she was extremely communicative and patient with my order and very kind the whole way through, good priced food exactly how I had ordered and tasted amazing, will be coming back and I hope that cashier gets a raise or something :)

Habit Burger on Eagle Road offers decent food, but it feels like you’re paying more for what amounts to average fast food. The burgers are good, but not extraordinary, and the sides are just okay. It’s a fine option if you’re in the area, but not a standout for the price.
