The Human Bean is equivocal to Starbucks. Generally very consistent with friendly although not as well trained staff. The basic breakfast offerings are the same while the Human Bean has smoother coffee. It's somewhere between Dutch Bros and Starbucks with better coffee than both.

To be honest, I've experienced better brews at a fast-food chain like McDonald's. The disappointment I felt here was palpable, and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning for coffee anytime soon.

The kind of place that remembers you, notices when you’re gone, and sends love with your latte. Thank you for being the warm hug I didn’t know I needed. Forever my favorite coffee stop!
I wish I could share the photo, but it didn’t let me. Anyway, I hadn’t been in for a few days because I was sick, so when my husband went to get us coffee the barista wrote a note that said.. “Come back, we miss you!!” 🤍❤️🩹

I went drive thru, but 1 thing I really enjoy is when they make my drink correct. She did that AND she was very generous with the BEANS!!!!!!! Loved it
We love the Human Beans in Meridian. The girls are very sweet and friendly, the service fast, and the coffee delicious. Also, the kind owners give the moms a flower on Mother’s Day which was such a blessing. It’s definitely a favorite coffee shop for us.

I was in town for a wedding and my sister found this place via Google. Pretty good coffee spot. I got the butter bomb and I believe a salted caramel drink. I normally just drink coffee with a creamer but this was a wonderful beverage.
The baristas were all really kind and helpful. If I ever find myself in Boise again, I'll definitely visit again

I stopped by The Human Bean around 10:30 this morning, and I just have to say—my barista was AMAZING! As a former Human Bean employee in a different state, I have pretty high expectations, and she absolutely did not disappoint. She was so friendly, upbeat, and truly made my day. I had a super picky pregnancy craving drink, and she somehow made it even better than I could have made it myself. Huge kudos to her for going above and beyond—what a gem! & to add this barista had only been there 6 months!! They’re doing something right when it comes to training!!
