I order the same coffee and the reason why I never go to Human Bean unless I have a major coupon is that majority of the time my coffee tastes terrible. I believe the staff is slow and not very well trained baristas. Not the service or coffee I look forward too. Today it wasn't good and I wish it was.

Ok, the BEST hot chocolate in the city. And the Bright drinks are pretty much my secret to success. But here's the thing, it's also just refreshing to have a friendly exchange, grab a drink, and get a little chocolate covered coffee bean. It somehow resets my day... Love this place!

The Lawrence location does not care about the citizens of Lawrence. They constantly place their advertising in the middle of side walk where people are commuting. The business needs to be fined. One day someone will seriously get hurt and they will be sued. I have personally thrown their sign off the sidewalk before and they cussed me for it.

My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.
I have been going to human bean for awhile now the customer service is good unfortunately if you are in a rush I would not recommend going there, the drinks are not bad a little disappointed received a message saying they were giving flowers away for Mother’s Day never saw any flowers and the girl never said anything about it.That happened couple of years also .

The staff are so amazing. Brooklyn is my sister and she helps give me so many drink ideas. She is so good at remembering drinks. I have never had that with any other coffee shop that can think of random drink other than the menu ones. All the staff are amazing and get the drinks out very fast

Moved out to Idaho in Oct 24' from another state and have been coming to ALL the Human Beans religiously everyday since and I feel that this HUMAN BEAN IS THE BEST!!!!!! They make the drinks with LOVE, everyone is Always friendly, happy, smiling. Compared to STAR location (which seems to be ran by a bunch of kids who don't appreciate a good Coffee). This place is Hands Down the best
