The Lawrence location does not care about the citizens of Lawrence. They constantly place their advertising in the middle of side walk where people are commuting. The business needs to be fined. One day someone will seriously get hurt and they will be sued. I have personally thrown their sign off the sidewalk before and they cussed me for it.

My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.

I have been going to human bean for awhile now the customer service is good unfortunately if you are in a rush I would not recommend going there, the drinks are not bad a little disappointed received a message saying they were giving flowers away for Mother’s Day never saw any flowers and the girl never said anything about it.That happened couple of years also .

The staff are so amazing. Brooklyn is my sister and she helps give me so many drink ideas. She is so good at remembering drinks. I have never had that with any other coffee shop that can think of random drink other than the menu ones. All the staff are amazing and get the drinks out very fast

The snacks are yummy, the fruity bright energy drinks are delicious and the service is great! Brooklyn is happy, so knowledgeable, and really good at blending a drink I will like. She makes the whole experience better than expected!

Moved out to Idaho in Oct 24' from another state and have been coming to ALL the Human Beans religiously everyday since and I feel that this HUMAN BEAN IS THE BEST!!!!!! They make the drinks with LOVE, everyone is Always friendly, happy, smiling. Compared to STAR location (which seems to be ran by a bunch of kids who don't appreciate a good Coffee). This place is Hands Down the best

In the past, I have really liked the human bean, due to the sandwich collection and the coffee coffee beans. Though in the past six months experience with the Kaiser Oregon location has changed
A numerous occasion they are short on change and when it comes to nickel or dime and they never offer to give me penny instead they just tell me oh you’re gonna be five cents short sorry also they tend to run out of sandwiches fairly quickly. and then speaking of that specifically They don’t tell the Uber driver that they are out of that sandwich and because of that that is the driver brings me the incorrect sandwich and that error gets blamed on the driver. I have called the store to express my concern about the change and the sandwich issue before though unfortunately it keeps on happening Customer service has dropped dramatically.

Great staff and good drinks. Three stars because they are probably the slowest coffee shop in the valley. No pre-order as staff rarely come out to take orders in line so if there are more than a few cars, you will be there a long time as orders are taken and drinks made only after each car gets to the window.
Can the baristas not hear that they’re over steaming their milk? When you don’t steam your milk by hand AND it tastes like garbage, it’s really sad…the cute little candy on top can’t save you

I ordered a 32oz blended Java chip with a touch of peppermint & it was good! I'd say it was definitely worth the $13 I paid. since it was my 1st time going, they asked if I wanted a bean (I didn't know what they meant) but it was like a coffee bean m&m & it was good too
