My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. I have been going to human bean for awhile now the customer service is good unfortunately if you are in a rush I would not recommend going there, the drinks are not bad a little disappointed received a message saying they were giving flowers away for Mother’s Day never saw any flowers and the girl never said anything about it.That happened couple of years also .

The staff are so amazing. Brooklyn is my sister and she helps give me so many drink ideas. She is so good at remembering drinks. I have never had that with any other coffee shop that can think of random drink other than the menu ones. All the staff are amazing and get the drinks out very fast
