BOTH LOCATIONS PERMANENTLY CLOSED!! Whatever happened, someone screwed up a great place to eat. Sounds like the owners were morons.

Out of business now. I guess that’s what happens when you screw your suppliers, lose your liqueur license and don’t pay your rent.

This location is now closed but it still allowed us to be waitlisted. We drove all the way over there to an empty parking lot with a note on the door that the location was closed. Bummed!

There was confusion with the switch over from another location that had us waiting over an hour. Once we got to our table, we had to wait for about another 30 to 45 minutes. The scramble and meat options were delicious, but the biscuits, waffles, and pancakes were Cold, tough, and chewy. It would also be nice to have a small picture of syrup at the table. We were given little cups of syrup that weren't near enough for the size of the pancakes, etc.. I would probably try this place one more time to see if it was just a bad day.

Unfortunately, the Overland store was CLOSED, but the website and OpenTable waitlist did NOT reflect that it was closed. There was a piece of paper on the door stating they had "consolidated" stores with the Biscuit and Hogs on Linder. We had friends at another table who had also made reservations at the Overland store. The only things that redeemed our experience were the food and the WONDERFUL server Leggette. Leggette was an absolute angel.

My husband and I love biscuit and hogs use to be great food, but the host wasn't friendly and was upset cause we ask if we could sit somewhere else, Lindsey was ok, what kinda pissed me off was when I told her the carne fries are cold and soggy, she replied its been 20 minutes, never asked to fix our order she just came out with our check and said I just charged you for drinks. My husband and I payed for our drinks and still left her a good tip. Then we drove back to nampa and went to subway which was 95% better then driving to meridian biscuit &hogs, bad experience, disappointed cause it makes your company and myself look bad for all my friends that I recommend to go there, now I have a long list to go through. DONT GO!! It went south.

This was a great place. Went as a large group. Food was amazing and you get a ton of it. Price was low for what I expected when looking at the large amount of servings you get. We'll definitely be going back often.

Rude. They were busy and so we asked if we could place an order to go. She said it would be 30 minutes and we said that we would be okay with that. She was not happy, flung a menu at us and walked away. If you would prefer not to take a to go order because you are busy then you should just say so. No need to be rude.

I was very disappointed. I love biscuits and gravy and I thought there was a tremendous. The biscuits and gravy were only average. There was no sausage patties. They only had link sausage and frankly I've had better link sausage from the grocery store. I won't go back. The service was average. The decor was nothing great it was very average for a restaurant.

He asked me for my ID I’m 44 years old with a gray beard and gray hair. I don’t need to be ID and then I asked him for an order and he didn’t even know what was on the menu. They are understaffed and under experienced the only thing that’s good about that place, the chefs because the food is amazing but if you want anything else, don’t expect it

We came in about midday, party of 3, was told 25 minute wait. We said ok no problem. We waited outside as there wasn’t much room and didn’t want to block the door. After about 45 minutes of waiting we came in to see if maybe she forgot about us. I think the host did because as soon as she saw us she asked our party name and immediately sat us. I thought, mistakes happen no worries and was gonna move on. She sat us and no waiter even acknowledged us for an additional 30 minutes. The host, seeing we hadn’t even gotten waters said she’d find out who our waiter would be. 20 minutes go by our waitress comes. We get drinks, place our order and long story short our whole experience took a little over 3 hours. The food was decent although my potatoes were undercooked. The women’s restroom was absolutely atrocious so I’m genuinely scared to see their kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have half a day to spend at breakfast.

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely not wheelchair accessible. The tables were jammed in so tight I could hardly walk through sideways.

Service was slow and we had to ask several times for the same items and coffee refills. Potatoes were too spicy should have used a different kind of seasoning. Ask for rye toast received sourdough. Mom and her husband order biscuits and gravy which arrived at table cold. Gravy had no sausage in it and came out of a can. The biscuits could have been a substitute for clay pigeon.

I really like this place, the bacon is yummy and caramelized and the portions are wild. Pretty good atmosphere

We do not enjoy eating in the restaurant because the service is poor. We bought Sweet Deals and have been getting the food to go. The food quality has gotten worse but now they will not let us get it to go using the coupon. The coupon does not require dine in but they are changing their policy from the agreed purchase. I know I am just one person but I will find a new place to eat.
