Probably my favorite bar in dt meridian! It can get busy on weekends nights, especially the patio since its shared with Frontier, but its always so chill during weekday nights so its perfect to go grab a good cocktail. Inside is a little small so when its busy it can get a little claustrophobic but thats the case with any bar, really..
Their signature drinks are so good and they have a full bar plus stuff on tap, and drinks are reasonably priced. Love the food truck out back too!!

If you’re looking for a drink after 10 pm, this is a great place to go in downtown Meridian. The area is quaint with plenty of parking nearby. The interior has a cozy, rustic feel which gives it character, somewhat like the set on the old sitcom “Cheers” where you meet friends and want to stay awhile. The drink menu was vast with offering well drinks, local beer and craft cocktails. I didn’t see a food menu so I cannot comment on that. For the warmer nights an outdoor/patio seating was available. It was busy when we arrived at 11:00 pm but immediate seating was available. Service was prompt and the overall pricing was great.

every time i have occasioned the roosevelt, alex has made me feel more than welcome. he is a kind soul and one can tell that he cares not only about his work but his patrons.
i’m a high maintenance gay & want all my drinks skinny. alex still manages to put up with my requests & make delicious cocktails, all whilst serving up kindness—the most important ingredient, especially in this socio-political eviron we live in.
i live in star but am willing to make the trek because i feel at home here, on account of alex and trevor (& i think travis?)…isn’t bad either 😉

A calm environment for a few drinks with friends! The bartender was kind and fast with our drinks. We ordered the Birria Tacos and they were very flavorful but a tad cold by the time we got them.

Nice place with a retro feel, surrounded by brick and industrial/wooden accents throughout. Lots of space to drink though tables filled quickly on our Saturday nite. Despite being busy, bartenders quick to serve yet making all feel welcome.
