The food at school is hit or miss. Unfortunately it is 90% miss 10% hit. I can't comprehend the amount of work that goes into providing a balance lunch for a thousand people, but it just disappoints. The people who prepare and serve the food are hospitable and I personally appreciate their hard work. I just wish they provided more food on some instances. If you run of out chicken fried steaks one time, please bring more next time.

Terrible. I work for a company in Utah who uses Thomas Cuisine for their corporate dining services. The management of these kitchens are awful. Their employees seem to have no semblance of what it takes to properly cook, prepare, or serve food to their customers. The food quality is usually not good. They use old meat by disguising it into things like quesadillas or soup. They are constantly botching orders. I find myself waiting for up to 10 minutes or more waiting for someone to help me at the counter when making a purchase although they're well aware of my presence. They become hostile when we simply ask for certain items that may or may not be on the menu. They're very territorial when it comes to tater tots for some reason. Many of their employees have bad attitudes which have indications of collective disgruntlement. They seem to employ people with ill-favored backgrounds or with little to no experience... and it shows, painfully. For any corporate entity reading this review, I would highly suggest seeking corporate dining services elsewhere. Complaints to the management team are not handled in a proactive or positive way or are often ignored. As for the Thomas Cuisine corporate folks there in Meridian, I would also highly suggest delving deep into correcting these issues and enhance your recruitment strategies for management and culinary talent.

Food is mediocre at best. At worst it's given people food poisoning. On Saturdays they don't staff the kitchen properly leading to very long wait times. (Today it took 26 minutes to get a breakfast skillet out.) People here only have 15 minutes for break. So getting food this late is awful!

Their entire business revolves around being "real food" organic, healthy, not processed but despite the claim this couldn't be further from the truth. Everything that my facility received was frozen saturated with fats, low quality, and lacked any real nutrients. Making this all just propaganda. Trying to contact management is impossible. They don't take constructive criticism. They aren't open to new ideas and they don't want to discuss any existing problems.

If I could I would give them zero stars. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! THEY MAKE IT A NIGHTMARE TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYCHECK. THEY CLOSE EARLY EVERY PAYDAY. I was suppose to receive a paycheck last Friday on payday and it's now Monday and I still haven't received a paycheck. No one will answer my calls as to why I still haven't been paid for the hours I've worked. I tried calling the front desk but no one ever answers the phone. This douchebag Brian ore called me back to inform me that he doesn't know when I will be paid. I was suppose to paid by direct deposit on Friday and it's 3 days later and I still haven't received my paycheck..DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

I've eaten at ARUP Laboratories and the food is absolutely disgusting. Every thing I've ordered has been revoltingly greasy. One night I got food poising after eating a patty melt and tater tots and I threw it all up shortly thereafter. The breakfast sandwich bread and eggs are saturated in grease. The cheese they put on anything tastes like it came from a landfill. Despite what the picture shows, the 4 dollar chicken and cheese quesadilla comes with only cheese and chicken. The picture shows other vegetables in it and when ordering there's no option to add anything else. They've gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. And their hamburger is absolutely flavorless (other than grease). The ONLY thing even remotely ok is their breakfast burrito. Other than that, don't waste your time. Take the extra 5 minutes to walk down to Subway.
