This place had been so hyped up to me that I felt the only expectation I should have going in was to enjoy some quality food. Expectation met! I was joined by a buddy of mine from Texas and he was impressed with the "Texas-inspired" grub. My first time eating here. It was a pretty average experience. I had a quesadilla with brisket and a side of chips and queso. It wasn't bad but it wasn't memorable either The quesadilla was extremely small for the price point, had minimal cheese and brisket-which was also dry. Flavor was ok. Queso was pretty good. Did mention to the crew that their soda fountain was dispensing flat drinks but it wasn't addressed by the time we left. I may try it again in the future...
