Uncle Chai Bento Kitchen

I was there to pick up an order and saw this…. Sauce sitting on the floor. I believe the food safety code requires them to be 6 inches off the floor. These were right by the door. Looking inside this is a very dirty kitchen, no one is waring gloves, not washing their hands when cooking after bagging food items and giving them to waiting people..

I was craving curry really bad, and I saw these guys had some other good options. I got the pineapple fried rice, yellow curry, paratha with green curry, panang curry sauce and the mango sticky rice to share with my family and everyone loved and everything was gone so fast! 10/10 will be ordering from here again.

Picking up the food felt like discovering a speak easy but it was so worth it! Drunken noodles and green curry (both with fried tofu) are two of my absolute favorites.

We ordered from this store through grubhub a couple weeks ago and the quality, portions, sides and food was incredible. We bought it tonight (same items) on DoorDash and we were missing all sides of rice that came last time, the cashew chicken was 4 bites worth of food and tasted horrible compared to the cashew chicken we had last time. The noodles were stuck together in a clump and half as much as last time. And the generals chicken looked NOTHING like the photos on here of generals chicken. not sure why the quality was so different which sucks because I would have loved to make this my regular ordering place for our family but only if I can guarantee the first experience type of food. I would love a refund for some of this order if possible and I would be willing to try again!

Ordered drunken noodles for delivery last night. It got to us late so we saved it for today to heat up for lunch, no worries. I took a couple of bites after I heated it up today and bit into this piece of metal. It looks like a big staple or something for restaurant food storage?

I'll try calling when your kitchen opens at 5 but I just needed to let y'all know somehow.

At first the pick up was confusing. Never been to a Crave!© location before. It's like a huge co-op but for to go food.

The food was on point. The egg roll was the best I have ever had. Could taste everything. Usually egg rolls are just batter and no flavor. Yummmmmmm!

Also had lemon pork. OMG that was super yummy!

Everything was super fresh and good portions. A must order from. We order like we would for other restaurants. But got Soo much and still haven't got to try everything we ordered. Tummy happy. Very flavorful. Try it out! We will be back!

Ordered on Uber eats under the name of ‘Mai Thai’ but received food from Uncle Chai instead. I was not happy with the fact that this restaurant is going by a different name on uber, but still had hope about the food. I ordered the pad thai with tofu and was not a fan at all. The first few bites were good, but soon after there was an awful after taste. Maybe it would have been better to eat at the resteraunt instead of ordering through the ghost kitchen name, but I don’t know.

I placed an order for food through Grubhub today, but unfortunately, the order I received was incorrect and belonged to someone else. I promptly contacted Grubhub's customer service chat support, and they promptly processed a refund for my original order. I decided to place a new order, and to my surprise, I received a call from Uncke Chai to ensure that I would receive the correct order this time. They went above and beyond by delivering my corrected order and including complimentary spring rolls as a gesture of goodwill. I genuinely appreciate the quality of their food and the exceptional customer service they provided. While mistakes can occur, I was not upset as I understand that these situations can arise. I extend my gratitude to Uncle Chai for taking such great care of my concerns.

It's so cool to be able to make your own combinations in a bento box! I have so many combos I want to try out! It's also great to be able to order from the Mai Thai and Pho Tay menus at the same time. Everyone can get what they want in the same place! Brilliant!
