It's an ok spot to go to.
I usually just get flavored large iced clear tea w/boba to go & leave a decent tip.

Can't really force employees to be all bubbly & cheerful towards customers. That'd just be fake. I don't expect it so when they are its a pleasant surprise. We all have 💩 were going through. So just be nice to one another.

They could use some more flavoring. Maybe some liquid sugar/ liquid sugar substitute i.e Splenda to make the flavors stand out more so you don't just taste green tea & have extra sugar from wanting to add & pay for extra flavoring

The atmosphere was quiet, and it definitely got me thinking about coming in & just reading a couple of chapters of a good book while sipping on an iced cold drink(s).

The service was great. I didn't utter a single word & one of the employees new right away, I was there to pick up some drinks to go 😅 so that was pleasant.

I don't remember seeing anyone on their cellphones, but as time goes by, it's sad that people are sucked into a world that doesn't exist, OR they can be dealing with 💩. Especially college students working there. They don't need to explain anything to anyone but they do need to take care of customers when the moment arises just like they did when I walked in. There was a line & I used the bathroom & it's like there's was never a line! It was pleasant

Boba was undercooked we had to get it remade

Note to management: I’ve been coming here for a couple years, just recently it seems like the boba is undercooked and too hard. I’ve made the complaint at the counter and they were kind enough to get a new batch. I don’t know if you’ve made a change recently or not, but you should go back to the old boba or old process you used.

I came here for book club and the staff was extremely rude to me and my girls! She was a sassy blond with black rimmed glasses. Her attitude made me feel like she hated everyone. She hates her job. She really sucked out the cute fun environment from the place. I don’t think I will go again.

I’ve always wanted to try this place. My go-to boba spot was down the road but this place exceeds anywhere I’ve been to. AND it’s owned by an actual Korean! Authentic! This is the best boba place in the treasure valley.
