Pho House Special and fried egg rolls were delicious. The kids loved their pho as well. Extremely polite and speedy service. We will definitely dine here again. Thank you kindly Pho House!

Can't rate atmosphere because we got an order to-go. I don't understand the rating this place has! Everything we ordered was inedible, but the side of steamed white rice. We ordered the fresh spring rolls, and wilting iceberg lettuce is used inside of these. The pork and shrimp used are boiled and bland. They used the tiniest amount of mint. Absolutely disappointing. The peanut sauce is watered down and almost tasteless as well.

The grilled pork vermicelli bowl was absolutely horrible. More wilted iceberg? Grilled pork that is stale, dry, hard to chew, and bland, as well as overcooked and mushy vermicelli noodles. With a fish sauce that also somehow managed to be tasteless and watered down. What a waste of $.

Too EXPENSIVE. $17+TAX for soup, used to be $9 3yrs ago, ridiculous mark up, portions used to be almost to the brim now less. Not worth it. Also the Thai iced tea that's watered down powder and filled with ice is $7, that's $30 just for you. These people are crazy.

The second best Vietnamese restaurant in the Boise area. The pho is delicious! The rest of their food is solid. The customer service is outstanding. For some reason, most Vietnamese restaurants have grumpy or rude servers. But these guys are fantastic. They are always pleasant and friendly!

Best pho in the Treasure Valley hands down! My wife and I have tried every pho house we can find in an hour radius of meridian, and we always keep coming back here. If you like pho, this will be your new favorite. If you're not sure about Vietnamese, I emplore you to try it here! The house special pho is to die for as well as an amazing fried rice or one of my favorites, the orange chicken. Portions are american sized, and staff are always generous and welcoming. I want to note as well everything considered, (quality, staff, atmosphere, etc) the prices are amazing.

So happy with this restaurant. I ordered the Spicy Tofu dish, and it was delicious! And not too spicy. I got takeout, and the food was ready quickly and on time.

If you are trying to eat 100% plant-based /vegan, I'm pretty sure I tasted fish sauce in that tofu dish, but other reviewers have said they can leave that out, by request.

I got the Banh Mi, both the bread and the meat were incredibly dry, and the meat had no flavor. It was also missing mayo and the jalapeños that are supposed to come on the sandwich, so it was just meat, carrots and cucumber in a giant dry hoagie roll. If you like Banh mi I would not recommend pho house

An undiscovered gem! *****
This place deserves to be more busy. It is a wonderful restaurant creating fast, fresh dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. You should plan on going soon.
.
Pros - Lots of parking, spacious dining room, nice ambiance, with bamboo plants, and relaxing music. The host that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I ordered as I entered, and my food was prepared quickly. I ordered the Flat Rice Noodle - Banh Pho Xao, a beef/shrimp dish with chewy rice noodles, carrots, and broccoli. Piping hot, good size portion, belly-warming comfort food.
.
Cons - Dish presentation could be improved. Unfortunately, they used Styrofoam to-go containers. They should consider changing to decomposing/recyclable packaging, if possible.
.
I will be returning (often) to try more of the menu...and you should too.
I believe in supporting small businesses so that we don't lose them.

Trying every pho in the greater Boise area as someone just moving into town. We tried the pork and shrimp spring rolls and a bowl of the pho tai. The spring rolls were basic, nothing fancy, but still refreshing in the heat. The pho was too sweet for our liking, but not greasy which has been the issue with every other place we’ve tried so far. The star was actually the dipping sauce for the spring rolls: a simple hoisin-peanut sauce blend it seemed. The staff was also friendly!

NO 3% Charge! Unlike other Pho places (looking at you Pho Nguyen), they did not bring bogus California surcharges to the valley. Instead they have a very approachable standard Pho menu. Fast and friendly service. Check out all the photos!
