Exceptional spot to buy food when in a rush. Their service is speedy, pricing is reasonable, great mood. Will come visit again

I really like this places food. It is always quiet and I feel that it is private. But it's kinda ghetto.

ETA: Nice response to my review from the owner of Vina Vietnamese Resturant. Clearly they care about their customers, not.

I absolutely love this place and their food but lately the last few times I’ve tried to call for take out they don’t answer the phone. I literally just called 10 times because I’m craving their food but once again another night of them not answering. So disappointed. Time to find a more reliable place.

Good customer service. Pho broth a bit off, slightly sweet? Note my fave. Excellent Crab Rangoon.

Went there for lunch, positively the worst Asian food I have had . My wife and I had 2 different dishes and they came out as fried chicken nuggets with 2 types of what seemed like canned sauces. No vegetables came with either. I usually don't write bad reviews but this warranted it .

The food was very good. I had Pho (my first time) and my friend had it as well. I liked it very much and she said the broth was excellent and it ranked in the top of Pho compared to other places she had been. She also had crab Rangoons, and ate every one (very good!) I had the vina egg rolls with pork- very good as well. I would give it more stars but the bathrooms needed service/update as well as the decor. Excellent food and I will be back!

The Good: The food was good and the portions were great for the price. The people were kind though not very attentive, and not because it was busy. We were the only table seated on a Sunday night after about 20 minutes of arriving. The menu was very extensive!!! Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes. That's pretty diverse! My wife had pho and liked it, I had pork egg foo yung which was good and my kids shared a massive plate of orange chicken. We were all happy with the food. The Bad: the bathrooms are disgusting, which at a food place is very concerning. It looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in about a decade and the urinal basin was brown and the pipes literally leaked when I flushed it. Cobwebs in the dining area, dust everywhere and even the fish tanks were mossy and neglected. The Thai iced tea was 98% ice cubes and wasn't typical of a Thai restaurant, I don't recommend it. The Ugly: the decor and ambiance are awful. Before you call me picky, ask yourself: why do I eat out at a restaurant, and pay somebody else to cook? For me, it's to enjoy a really good meal and the experience of an outing with my family or friends. The seats were all ripped and uncomfortable, everything was dusty and dingy and the place probably hasn't been updated since 1982. There was some incessant beeping sound coming from the kitchen and in a place that's dead silent (eery if you were alone) without music playing, it is annoying. The inside of the place is awful and you would never take a date or even your in laws here. To be honest, I was relieved and a little surprised none of us had stomach problems. Somehow they get a "Grade A" from the health department, so that's good, but they must not inspect the bathroom. If I'd gone in there first I would have left without ordering. This place could be amazing because the food and service is good but everything else is poor. I recommend takeout only. I won't be back.

5 stars for FOOD. 3 stars for CUSTOMER SERVICE or lack of it. We rode our bikes to the restaurant and had a sit down lunch. The welcome was not warm at all, we felt like an inconvenience to them and that didn't feel good at all. Luckily the food was really good. The restaurant itself looks sad, in much need of remodeling. Nobody was in at lunch time, but orders for take-out came in quite a few which I'm not surprised because the food was real good. We might just do that next time and not have to deal with the un-welcome.

Not the best service in town, and the place looks a bit depressing with the old, big, poorly lit, mostly empty dining room. But definitely one of the best tasting Asian restaurants around. I hope they stay in business due to the takeout orders at least, cause they seem to get lots of those.
