The service was decent but the food took forever. Also the salmon I got was super salty, and I asked for sweet potatoes but got regular potatoes.

This was my first time here. I am always looking for a special place to take guests when they come to town and this will be my go to. Everything was amazing.

It was an amazing experience on Easter Sunday for me. My family is in Minneapolis so I’ve formed a relationship with what I think is one of the best restaurants in Treasure Valley. Lila the owner gives personal attention to her guests satisfaction with their experience here and the food and wine is simply amazing. Great place to celebrate special occasions and this was Bouillabasse. Carlos the head chef is extremely talented and offers unique items all the time but their regular menu is exceptional as well. If you haven’t tried Vintage 61, you should. It’s an experience that will stay with you. Mike Parr

On a Saturday night, fantastic food great service. But the musician of the night really made it a great evening! Will absolutely be there again. Michelle Eastland is worth the visit in her own.

Excellent food, the chef came out and talked about his recipes to help me make a better marsala sauce.

We enjoyed Valentines Day dinner there. A very romantic location inside an old home. We enjoyed delicious focaccia, yummy salads, fantastic entrees, and delightful desserts. The brandied peppercorn sauce on the New York Steak was so good. But the highlight for me was the Lemon Tiramisu. Wow! I was beyond pleased.

We had a reservation for an early Valentine’s Day! Service by our server Jessica was fantastic, made a good wine recommendation, checked in on us and was kind. Food was fantastic-presentation and taste. Knocking off a star since we had a reservation, was sat down and told we had til 7:30 pm then there was another reservation-I worked in food service previously and found this tacky. We were checking on the time throughout our dinner reservation to be respectful and then were going to pass on dessert due to our time almost being up-however Jessica told us not to worry about it and have dessert if we wanted-the fruit tart was a 12/10- so good. Will be back but not on a busy night/time.

Vintage '61 is a great experience. The food is amazing, the wine list exceptional, and service is topnotch. Joel has been our server many times and his exceptional service, wine knowledge, and joyful nature is a welcome treat.
Very nice little place. Great service and wonderful food. The wine list was slim on the day we were there but we found some passable options.

My husband ordered a 58$ meal the osso buco and not too be mean but just to warn others, the meat was so over cooked on all 3 items, it was dry and hard to chew everything it also barely came with any meat and the broccoli was too hard to even bite. They did give us a free dessert but paying 58$ for a plate of food it should be delicious and nothing on the plate was good besides the mash potatoes.
