There are not enough good words to say about Vintage 61! Owners, staff and service…well it feels like home. Warm, friendly and so welcoming! It was so hard to decide on what to get because everything looked so good and man did it not only not disappoint, it blew me away! I love it when a meal can transport me to fully feel the experience and leave me just feeling “happy”! Thank you for all you do!! We will be back!!

Had a great meal here and enjoyed talking with the owner about her inspiration for the restaurant and her background. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the Clam Chowder was great & the wine & liquor selection should also be noted.

We had such a lovely evening. The only thing we didn't like was when it was over! We can't wait to go back! The staff makes you feel invited and comfortable! The food was delicious. We were there on a Thursday with Andrew Chapelle, that was a treat too!

We went early & had one of the dining rooms to ourselves. Good background music. Nice place & friendly people. My meal was great, shrimp & mushroom risotto. Husband had pork chops which was a little over cooked. Dessert we had chocolate volcano cake with vanilla ice cream. It was great Overall It's a little pricey but great ambience & very nice people. I would go back.

Came here with my mom and husband to celebrate his and my birthdays. First time for all of us. I chose and made reservations after looking at the menu which appeared to have lots of tasty sounding options at decent prices. We were all pleased with everything. The French onion soup was rich and delicious. I got the New York boneless with broccolini and mashed potatoes, husband had the ahi tuna and my mom had the salmon. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The gorgonzola mashed potatoes were SO good! Our server was nice and attentive and treated us to a piece of cheesecake for our birthday. The restaurant was pretty quiet being a weekday so the atmosphere felt nice and relaxing. Will definitely go back again!Parking: Not sure if there's a lot here, definitely look for street parking

Since 2015, I've been looking for a Treasure Valley restaurant such as this one. Very clean. Owner operated. Dynamite food. Excellent, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Closest thing to Napa Valley style I have encountered anywhere in the region.

We were told on the phone there was a wait, well when we got there they were able to seat us so that was awesome. The smoked blue cheese and pear crustini was absolutely delicious. My wife had the scallops and risotto and she said the risotto was delicious the scallops were just ok. I had the new york and it was delicious the mashed potatoes were also very good. I would definitely recommend this place especially for a nice romantic night out.

I felt pretty safe eating here, and I don't trust many restaurants.Vegetarian options: There were several menu items marked vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Much of the menu is naturally gluten free, and the owner and staff seem knowledge about all dietary restrictions. The owner's wife used to be a nutritionist.Parking: Street parking is available, but you may have to cross a busy street.Kid-friendliness: This is a classy restaurant, but the few children there were greeted cheerfully.

Exceeding expectations and a wonderful way to spend an evening with my wife and good friends. The staff was attentive, friendly, professional, energetic, and concerned for the happiness of their customers. The food and wine selection/recommendation was exemplary, with an excellent cost to experience value. Yes, the venue was noisy, but it was the noise of friends and family enjoying each other's company. It is not a quiet romantic setting, but one of overall enjoyment. Reservations are suggested as Vintage 61 was enjoying a full house. Highly recommend experiencing this local establishment.

Love this place! Best restaurant in Meridian, the owners are incredible people (Michael and Lila) and Chef Costa is always sending out incredible and creative dishes. We love the atmosphere and great food, and great staff! Wine selection is incredible and even have a full bar. This place is a must try for sure.
A lovely experience every time. The filet mignon was perfect with subtle hints of Gorgonzola (as I feel it should always be). The bison short ribs from the special valentines menu were yummy. A great date night with fantastic wine and service!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Vintage 61 is a hidden gem of Meridian. Lila (the owner) is truly the best along with every staff member there. Not only is the service always top notch- the food and wine selection is the best in town. Always fresh and always amazing. Def one of our top go to spots! Xoxox.
