We went around 9am on a Friday, and there was no one there so we were served quickly. The food was absolutely amazing. The waffles were fluffy, flavorful, and they have a sweet and savory menu. So delicious, and I want to go again.

Came with a somewhat big group of 8 people including a toddler and there was only one lady with green hair running the store, despite this she served us all very quickly and politely and was overall awesome, food came out delicious and despite the armosphwre was super calming and chill. Would come again and that lady was awesome 👍

Great service, patient and helpful manager. It was not busy, and parking was ample. The food tasted great. It's basically fast food with the waffle makes it easy to be in and out, having a pleasant sit down breakfast or lunch. Great place for a little sweet treat as well.

Order takeout, showed up 20 minutes later, 2 tables of people already eating in the establishment, Nobody in line ordering, my order was not ready nor had it been started. In the next 15 minutes, people had started coming in and their orders were started before mine. So 35 minutes after the order was placed, all I had gotten was a filled drink. At that point, I just canceled the order and left. Don’t matter how good the food is, if the service is this horrible it ain’t worth going to.

Save your money. Online they have chicken and waffles listed for 8.95 when I got there it was almost 15$ and this is what I got. Burned dry chicken that is barely edible. Awful!

I don’t know how anyone can legibly like this place.. waffles are SOOO dense and hard and stretchy… not crispy on outside and fluffy moist inside like waffles SHOULD be… try one do not buy multiple or you will waste your money. Can’t believe they are I business to be honest

I want to like this place but of the last 3 orders I've gotten I've had to use a steak knife to cut the waffle. The useless plastic they provide is awful. I don't think they've ever used the plastic forks and knives to cut these really hard waffles. (Why are they so tough on the outside to begin with?) I actually like the waffles from Slim Chickens better.
