Nice menu for snack , I had the breakfast plate and could not cut through the waffle with a fork or a knife, Daughters Cheese bisque still had the paper from the cheese slice in it . sorry but just didn’t care for this place

Didn't enjoy anything about this place. Order at counter, they bring your food to you. There is absolutely no table service beyond that...it's cafeteria style basically. Waffle was so chewy, I couldn't cut it with silverware and I struggled to rip it apart afterwards. The chicken was very stringy and dry. 4 different items ordered off menu, NEVER going back!

I love Waffle Love but today it wasn't so great. I chose the Chicken and Waffle because I'd had it before and it was so yummy, but this time, the waffle was overcooked so it was very tough and hard to cut. The chicken wasn't as good either being dryer than before. I was so bummed. Everyone I was with complained about their Waffle, too. So disappointing!Parking: Not enough parking ever!

Went to waffle love with my boyfriend because I'd never been before and I will never go back. I ordered the sunshine and the only thing about mine that was good was the toppings (Whipped cream and raspberries). My waffle was stale and damn near cold when it got to me. My boyfriends waffle was the same. I ended having to eat my waffle luke a taco because I couldn't cut into it with my fork. I was super disappointed. It was not worth the money.

SO GOOD! The croissant waffles are TO DIE FOR. We had the tartine and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Such a good small business. Employees could have been a little friendlier, but perfect besides that. Great for brunch !
Service was horrible. Wait for 10 minutes to be Acknowledged,, had to wait for the gossip of who’s dating, who, and who broke up before we were even greeted. Was not given a number for out table so server could bring out food to us.. We had to wait until after we got our food to get our drink cups (had to tell employee we still needed ours cups) Employee was wearing short shorts. So short, we thought all she had on was a T-shirt when she was wiping down tables. Will not recommend or advise anyone to spend their money here. Sad I had high hopes that this would be a better experience. Not sure how it got 4 stars on yelp only ranks about a 2 for us!Parking: Not due to waffle love, we came when they were working on the parking lot. i was there pretty late, and the girl in the back was clearly closing up so we felt really bad and stood outside debating whether we should should order for a solid five minutes before my friend called out "hey, are you still open?". a blonde girl was the only one working, she looked pissed the whole time. we tipped her pretty well to try and make up for coming in so late and apologized, and then as we were leaving she was really rude to us?? and said "next time you guys shouldnt snap at people" and walked off. like??? im sorry if you had a bad experience blonde girl but nobody snapped at you. i no longer feel bad about coming in so late. like i worked food service for four years and my boyfriend currently works in food service. who besides elderly white people even snap at food workers anymore. dont take your anger out on your customers. food was good.

I gave a 2 star rating because of the price and the forks were dirty and the bathroom was disgusting! There was dry pee on the toilet and the soap was empty so I refilled it myself. We were the only people in there so there is no reason that the bathroom should have been so disgusting. It looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. The trash was overflowing, pee all over the seat part you sit on and no soap. The first fork I got had 'stuff' on it. The food was delicious but expensive. The only reason I went was because I had a gift card and I only paid $3 out of pocket, but for 3 small waffles (1 for each person) with some stuff on them was $28. Too much $$ for the amount. I wouldn't go back.

Taylor was working. Long blonde hair, black hoodie. Tattoo on right arm. We love this location and the food I take people here all the time. This was the worst visit i have ever had. We got grilled cheese and soup. The soup was stone cold. Like not even a little warm. I work in food service so i was like its fine ill just ask them about it. There was no one up there for several minutes to help me and i had to call out to get any help. She took them back to microwave and it took like seven minutes. I was slightly worried she might be spitting in our food, not saying she did but it look a while to microwave. When we got them back my partner’s was bubbling and steamy and a-okay. Mine were barely any warmer at all. Imagine hot chocolate youve left alone for 30+ minutes. Not freezing but definitely not hot and not up to food safety protocol. I decided to finish one and take the other home to microwave myself to have it hot. Went up to ask for a lid again she was nowhere to be seen and there were other customers waiting. She peaks around the corner and i see she was on a video call this entire time. She says “be right back” THEN helps us. I work food service i know the pay isn’t great but damn at least do the bare minimum.

We have always liked "Waffle Love", so it was a surprise when we visited two weeks ago, with the grandkids, and all our waffles were so tough that I had to cut bite sized pieces for the 10 year old grandkids and even my husband. The bathroom floor was so sticky that our shoes stuck to the floor. Plus, there was only one employee working, so she didn't have time to take a complaint . So I sent an email to "Waffle Love" about the issues and never heard anything back. I was trying to avoid giving a bad review, but ended up having to anyway.

Yum. This is some delicious food. Came in with some friends and was impressed with the awesome selection of sweet and savory. I decided on a sausage waffle and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some of the sweet waffles! Highly recommend. Only downside is the parking is a bit funky but there were plenty of spots and the ambiance is fun!
