Walking Sombrero Tacos/ food truck

Tacos are bland. Service wasn’t friendly. And tacos were greasy. The tortilla was drenched in oil and was soggy and wasn’t properly cooked (grilled)
This is my second time coming here. And both times were a disappointment.

I ordered “Al pastor” thinking they were going to be off the “trompo” and were not… Al pastor meat was pre-cooked and onto the griddle. The Al pastor meat had no salt and was bland. They added pineapple but there is not point in adding pineapple if there is no savory to compliment the sweet.

Then I came to the Asada, which was pretty good and well seasoned. 7 out of 10 for the flavor but a 7 because the tortilla was soggy in oil.

Lastly.. SALSA HAD NO FLAVOR! No salt in the salsa, it was watered down with no flavor! Cmon! That is where the love is at! You can’t win me without a good salsa. 1 out of 10 on salsa…

Be aware they charge a $1 fee for card totally understand having to cover swipe costs.

Also… $3 per taco is CRAZY!!!

Fantastic tacos thank you! Carne asada and Al pastor are my go to combo. The Al Pastor has pieces of pineapple in it. Love that!

Came to broah as a food truck and I got a pork burrito with mild spice. That burrito was the best I have ever had. 10/10 would buy again

The food here is pretty good if it’s actually ever open. They list hours on site and online as 1030-330. In reality I have never seen them open for lunch in the last year. I will never return to this taco truck due to the waste of my time. It’s real easy to remove your incorrect sign and change your hours on google.

I didn't think the food was all that great, flavor was very lacking. Staff was very nice. Doesn't hold
a candle to tacos el ray though. I'm not knocking this place I've definitely had worse, but the food could use work in my opinion.

We hired Walking Sombrero Tacos for a company picnic and they knocked it out of the park! The food was amazing and the employees were so nice and did a great job! It was easy to book and they're communication was top notch! Thank you guys so much!!

Very good service. The food was good. I ordered a Super Burrito and was expecting something bigger for the price. There is a $1 dollar transaction when using card. Otherwise great place!

We loved this food truck and Todd! He catered our wedding and did so well. His communication is fantastic and I always knew what he needed from me and he was always responsive when I needed something. They were timely, helpful and the food is always so fantastic. They also serve at the Meridian Speedway and we have had so many great experiences with them there as well.

Tacos were authentic and pretty tasty. I wasn't crazy for either the red or green salsa but over all you won't be disappointed.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian burrito

Parking: This location is at the Meridian speedway, so there's tons of free parking

Overall great experience! Had them cater our wedding which they were a big hit and everyone enjoyed it. Had several options for our guests which was nice. Easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely use again!

I didn't know that it is closed on Saturdays ?, I got there because it appeared to me that they are also open today, what a shame I almost went without eating ?? ???
