I went to pick up up some food for my husband and me I got a baconator breakfast sandwich meal and had a sausage English muffin sandwich my sandwich was hard greasy and I felt sick afterwards I will never eat breakfast there again

I had came in tonight through the drive through around 10:30 and when we pulled up to the speaker the man who took my order had a lousy/ rude tone. His tone made me feel as if he had a problem I even showed up, and that I needed a second to look at the menu. Then was rude at the window told us to pull around to the front to only have us wait for old food. My fries looked old and soggy and cold my bread was hard on my buns I asked for spicy nuggets and got regular, our burgers were made so poorly I couldn’t eat it they didn’t even put my other patty for my double stack honestly this just made me not want to go back to a Wendy’s if I’m not getting what I’m paid for with employees acting like that mind you I work in food so I don’t approve or appreciate this treatment. If I get sick from old food not going to be happy.

Shout out to this entire staff!! I have to give credit when credit is very well due! Rocky, Bryce, Brandon, kasania, Fabian, Davan! (I had to go back and get everyone's names) VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, POSITIVE, UPBEAT, HAPPY! ALL I ASK IS ONE THING.....DO NOT EVER LOSE YOUR VIBE! KEEP IT UP! I love Wendy's but stopped going here because the food was really hit and miss. Sometimes I left happy. Sometimes my disappointment was immeasurable and my day ruined.
Come here every once in awhile for my lunch break, crew is awesome and helping, especially the guy who helps up front named Brandon 10/10 service!

Wendy’s hits that perfect middle ground between fast food and real flavor. The burgers actually taste grilled, the fries are solid (especially with the sea salt), and I’ll never say no to a Frosty. This location was clean, the order came out fast, and everything was hot—no soggy bun or sad lettuce here. I also appreciate that their menu has variety without being overwhelming. When I want something quick but still crave a little quality, Wendy’s is one of the few chains that consistently delivers.
