The clerk at the register couldn't even read so my order was sitting behind the counter buried for 25 minutes after I had been sitting there waiting that entire time. Why do you have someone running the register and doing pick up orders that can't read? My food was room temperature

I came in here and already the whole place was absolutely filthy, there was empty food containers and food on the floor but we were ordering to go so I just let it slide. I go and order my food from a women I don't blame for being visibly annoyed considering there's only one teen girl working the back and herself. I placed the order and waited with friends while watching 4 groups of people who walked in after us order their food, wait a DECENT amount of time, and leave before us. Eventually after waiting 45 minutes we decided to ask where the hell our food was (we asked nicer then that) and finally got our food from a different worker who walked in while we were still waiting and decided to check on us. After getting our food we just decided to go home and eat since it had been forever and we open the container to find the last straw. there was no ranch even though ai paid for extra and not even the correct amount of nuggets. Maybe i'm dramatic. Maybe i've just had a bad day. This absolutely sucked, i'm sorry to the SINGLE TEENAGE GIRL working in the back by herself. I'm pissed.

Walked in here last night at 8:30pm. Ordered 2 10pc meals. It took them 57 minutes to make the meal. There were 5 employees in the back hehe-haha screwing around. One we were given the to go order I took it outside & the fries were cold (we also only received 1 order instead of the 2 we paid for). The chicken was room temp & very over fried. For $37 does anyone here know what they’re doing? Lack of management? Poor training? Lazy? Not sure how this place is profitable because the service / food experience was all trash.
Food was absolutely tasteless. All wings were trash and had no flavor/poor quality. We got both boneless and bone in.

Absolute last straw with this location. I will be driving 4 miles to the other Wingstop instead of 0.5 miles from now on the get better service.
I placed an order for 7:15pm. When I arrived the gentleman at the front told me 5 more minutes. I waited patiently as he called out names and handed out bags. I watched a kitchen staff put a bag, that I assumed was mine, on the shelf. The gentleman at the front looked at me multiple times and never checked once to see if it was ready. He left and I had to asked the kitchen staff 15 minutes later if it was done. It was in fact the bag I thought was mine.
Time and time again this location has been slow, unprofessional, and doesn’t seem to care about their customers. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Wish I would have read the reviews before coming to this location! No one will welcome you in or acknowledge you! My order was called out with the wrong name on the ticket when it has finally been 20 minutes I asked them when they thought it would be ready and it had just been sitting there! Order was also wrong!

I've went here in the past and had terrible service. I had hoped that it was a one time thing, but I went again later and had an even worse experience. We waited over an hour for our food. They prioritized Door dash orders over in-store orders. At one point, some people came in who must have been friends with some of the employees. The employees sat with them for about 10 minutes talking and then made them an order over the rest of us who were waiting. If it were a one time thing, I'd be okay with it but I have never had good service here.
I'd avoid this location if possible.
