Very disappointed in the service at this location. We placed an order online for voodoo fries and they gave us the wrong fries. I then let the cashier know and he had the cooks prepare a new and correct order. The cook spilled ranch all over the box holding the fries and instead of getting a new box to put the fries in, she wiped the inside of the lid with a used sanitizer rag, completely cross contaminating my food. Disgusting.

Ese the manager is one of the only reasons I keep coming back. She has always taken great care of me, has owned up to the mistakes of the store, and has made me want to keep coming back because of the customer service. The food has been a favorite of mine for years now, but this location will always be home because of the service I get from the staff. They all know me by name and I can thank Ese the manager for that. They have my food ready fast, appropriately, and exactly how I ordered it. I have never seen a Wingstop with this level of care and service. Thank you guys for everything over the last few months!

Make sure you check your order before you leave. Ordered 20 wings with 3 different flavors 20 minutes before close, only received 12 wings with 2 flavors after I paid for 20. I know y’all are teenagers who wanna go home but that’s not okay, get your shit together. I even apologized for being late as I just got off work and I was starving. Didn’t even give me ranch in the bag, had to ask.

I was so impressed with this location of wingstop on Super Bowl Sunday. First off I made an online order and it told it was going to be done in 15 min. I walked in for my carry out order and heard the whole store getting serenaded In Shania Twain. At that point I know I was in great hands. everyone was completely dialed in and ready for there mission. my wings were done in the 6 min drive to the store. I salute your dedication and efforts to making my Super Bowl party one to remember
