Had a very unpleasant experience when I went to this location. Waited about 45-50 minutes for our food only to find out the girl who took our order “accidentally” put our order for to go and stated she forgot about it. Our fries were soggy and cold. Asked if we could get some fresh ones and they got us fresh ones. Wings were ok but I would definitely not go back to this location very unprofessional of them to simple forget about a paying customer!

In my opinion, there is no way this business will be open in a year. They’re on hold recording says that you can order in the store, online or by phone. Every time I’ve ever called to get an order your left on hold for Infiniti. I Wanted to test whether or not I was just being over the top and waited for 53 minutes on hold. I was able to go into the restaurant use another phone and ask the person at the front to pick the phone up when they did my call that was sitting for 53 minutes was picked up. I then made my order. I really like the lemon and vinegar however, the new Albertsons store on Eagle Road has lemon salt and pepper wings that are better. They are overpriced here at Wingstop and the service is terrible. After my 30 minute wait I continue to wait an additional 19 minutes until getting my order. I feel bad for these employees and I wonder if the owner is even aware that his or her franchise is about ready to fail. I have been a business owner in the Boise valley for more than 30 years and this is the worst, I’ve seen restaurant service. All restaurants seem to be getting worse and worse and overpriced but this one takes the chicken wings! Sorry to give such a bad review but if you guys don’t change something soon, they’ll be some unemployed employees and Albertsons will be doing all the chicken wings.

We ordered takeout last night after getting back from a trip. I was shocked to see so many people unhappy in the reviews because every time we’ve ordered, the food is amazing! They never mess up the order, the wings are perfect, the tenders are generously seasoned. They always have our order out when they say they will. We typically get it for dinner so around 6-7 PM & whoever worked there last night did an awesome job. If you haven’t tried the hot honey flavor they came out with, try it! It’s perfect & whoever was staffed last night deserves recognition.

This place sucks. Don’t even bother ordering beforehand, bc the food won’t even be started til after you get there. Also smells like rotten chicken. Has to be in the running for worst wing stop ever. Stay away and just let it die.

I generally don't eat a lot of wings. But a cousin brought some over for dinner a few weeks ago. And they were really good !!! Four different styles my favorite were the Parmesan coated ones. Outstanding!!! All were very tasty. We went again a week ago with the same outcome. Really tasty!!! Quick, tasty, with good service. You won't be disappointed!

Ordered online.... Boneless wing bundle. The food was absolutely awful!! The wings were oversauced and mushy... The lemon pepper specifically was so over seasoned.... The fries cold and limp and the corn sub par.... Needless to say I had one wing and two pieces of corn.... My boyfriend ate most of the rest of it because he will eat almost anything.... 5 threw the rest away... Not even worth saving!! Waste of time and money and the place is dirty and not well run.... I've been reading reviews similar to this about the same Wingstop and nothing seems to change.... Whom ever owns this place... Shame on you!!!

I order ahead and set the time for pickup even before the were open. Laye getting me my food by 15 minutes. Staff had no concern about getting my food out. Other online order filled before mine. Will not return!

Both of the wingstops in Boise have horrible service. Need to hire better employees. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever. Standing around not doing anything while there are a line of customers. Will not give them my money again.

Upon entering, we were told by the at least 3 people staff joking around (as we entered) and they told us that we would have to wait 26 mins for any food. We told them that was fine, we had to go get our son a sub from jersey Mike's and a cookie from crumble cookie. We come back to wait in the lobby of wingstop and they proceed to tell new customers walking in it's a 26 min wait (even though 15 mins had easily passed as we went to go get other stuff.) so of course everyone is leaving without ordering saying this is ridiculous. I don't mind waiting but no one is in here, not in the lobby or drive through and there are 3 people working at least, what's the hold up for just wings? Do they not want to do the work? I'm confused why there is an almost 30 min wait in an empty store.

Everything’s fine until it’s not…have ordered from this store many times but tonight was the last…my $90 order must have been delivered to someone else because we got something completely different. Upon calling, I was told by the manager that they were too busy to actually remake the order and they would only be able to refund my money. Uh…what?! Yeah never again. Awful experience.

The app told me my pick up time, I walked in and they handed me bags, fresh food...perfect timing. Very impressive. The food taste, quality was very good. The mango habo was better than expected. Thank you for feeding my family today.
