I ordered a box of the loaded tiny tacos and when I got them there was so much taco sauce that it was like a soup. The French fries I ordered for my child were too salty to eat. The box of six regular tacos also had way too much taco sauce on them and were missing the lettuce. And on top of all that I watched someone drop some food on the ground and serve it to other customers 🤮

Ordered online to save time since getting off work so we could just pick up and go. Explained we had a mobile order which they did not even confirm the name.We waited over 20 minutes in the drive through to be told they have a lot of mobile orders and they are backed up and I needed to pull around. After sitting about another 5 minutes decided to go in and let them know we will wait inside for the order so we do not get forgotten, stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before they muttered a word to me. Still waiting as other smaller orders that came way after us are being ran out, we only had 4 meals. Been over 40 minutes and still waiting. I have had issues with this location with long waits, wrong food, you name it. I will go home and enjoy my cold food . A single cheesecake as an apology for the wait.

By far the worst experience I have ever had in fast food. I have waited in long lines before. This is why I have taken to ordering on their apps. We waited about 15 min before getting in line. Took 20 minutes to get to the window to give them my name for my mobile order. Ended up waiting a total of one hour to get my food. We went in to check on the status of the order and waited 10 minutes at the counter to even get talked to.

We had a very large order tonight, 5 meals, tacos, mini tacos, meals with specifications, we are not an easy family when it comes to ordering and often get frustrated. WOW! We were so impressed! The service was fantastic, the workers were nice and efficient, we received all of our order with zero mess ups. I know this should be normal but unfortunately it is not so I'm so impressed when things go this well. Additionally, our food was hot and tasty! Best experience from a JITB in the Valley!

I loved my experience at the Jack in the box as Middleton! The food was mid but when you're hungry it starts hitting differently Delicious than usual, the person at the front counter was very very generous and responsible called 'Anthony' also great service from the staff! The bathroom was clean except for a couple stains from the last person but still I would recommend it if you're passing by

Some of the employees here have a less than friendly attitude. I’ve picked up for myself and for delivery services
It doesn’t matter when I come here and if it’s for just a coffee or redbull I always have to park in front. What of the employees actually told another person that was parking in front that it makes it look like they are getting orders filled sooner. No other location does this. To top that the food is also just slapped on there they really don’t care at this location and it shows.

At the drive threw, I asked if they had cheddar bacon potatoes wedges they said they were all out. I ordered online while sitting in the drive threw with no ranch sauce. Pulled around got out of my car went inside and got them UNFORTUNATELY with ranch sauce

I ordered an ultimate smash Jack burger at their drive through along with 2 other orders. I did not get my burger. Went back to store and they tried to give me the old burger that had been sitting under the heater and that was one of there managers that tried to give it to me.
