I ordered an ultimate smash Jack burger at their drive through along with 2 other orders. I did not get my burger. Went back to store and they tried to give me the old burger that had been sitting under the heater and that was one of there managers that tried to give it to me.

Hard to give your standard fast food place a rating but what the heck... I'm a sucker for sourdough Jack and my little guy Charlie aka my dog... He and I both love curly fries lol Three stars is still good and I haven't had a bad experience with their service at the Middleton location. I hope my doctor doesn't read these lol

Just picked up my order and had to pull around to wait for my food. I was the only one in line. I was told my burgers were made wrong. I got home and they were still wrong. Two bottom buns one burger and one had no bacon or any sauce. All three burgers were #7s. Tried calling the store but all I get is a busy dial tone. Middleton jack in the box is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. Last time I go there and get my order messed up
me and my fiance came in tonight and Jose served us, he did an amazing job!! has an awesome upbeat personality and seems very kind and patient to the other staff members, our food came out very hot and fresh. would definitely come back!!

What a crap shoot if you’re gonna wait 20min for tacos or not. Wait it isn’t. Everytime I’m there I have a 20min wait for deep fried tacos.. but all reviews say they’re awesome and fast. Hmm I’ve been told to pull to front every time.

Order jack in the box today and ordered 2 burgers ulitame cheese burgers ketchup only and when i got the food one of the burgers was ketchup only but the second one had mayo and mustard basically wasted my money since no one apparently knows what ketchup only is also this is the second time my order got messed up in the last few days
