Food was super disappointing! Ordered two tacos, a jumbo jack with cheese, and three egg rolls. EVERYTHING was cold. Less than room temperature. The staff were polite enough but I expect my food to at least have some semblance of having been cooked in the last two hours. This location really needs to step it up. We went in on 1/20/25 @ 7 PM. Nobody in the drive through or the lobby. No reason to be served stockpiled food.

I hate complaining but man every single time I go I’m always missing things from my order it’s so frustrating. Seems like when I turn around half of the time the employees have attitude like I’m sorry you messed up??? anyways they forgot some of my food tonight but I didn’t realize till I got home so that was on me.

So, you make an order for delivery. They dont give the driver half the order. Orders get messed up, it happens... I called up to get a refund on the part that was missing. Now, to get a refund, they want me to go down to the store for a refund. They want me to waste my gas and my time to go take care of their mistake. It's New Years Eve, and I ordered delivery to be a responsible person. Now I have to figure out this bullshit.

IMO the staff here needs to be taught to take pride in their work and treat every interaction as an opportunity to learn what quality service is all about. Placing an order is simple and filling that order should be done with pride and respect for your customers. My wife placed an online order. Upon coming home, fries were missing. My wife called to inquire and went back to pick them up. Upon returning home, the fries were cold. Not only were they cold they were stale and smelled of old oil. Really disappointed that this is allowed by not only the staff but the manager and the owners.
I know that running a business is a chore and obtaining quality employees is a struggle however there are ways to retain quality employees who understand the importance of quality and customer service. At the end of the day the returning customer is what keeps the lights on. Neglect them and the quality and you’ll be left without a job and an empty building.

Ordered on the mobile app today. The cheeseburger was disgusting. Cold and the lettuce and tomatoes were already soggy and limp. It was like it had been sitting out for a long time. The fries were a little bit warm and tasted ok. I'm so disappointed with the cheeseburger. I can't get it off my mind.

There was an alarm that kept going off for about five minutes, sounded like the London police...LOL. The server was nice, but when I showed her the soggy meat, not fried meat, her response was... I tried their $5 meal, and that's what I do try the latest and greatest, and right now, it's the $5 meal JB 2 tacos small soda frys great chicken sandwich was as cardboard as can be I ate the lattice tossed the rest of the chicken burger away
Parking: Plenty of parking, and they did a very nice build for the town of Middleton, the jack I. The box is in the right place on the main bulivard. Close enough to the freeway entrence not to close. Middletons are a great IDAHO secret it's growing nice and slow and traditional.
Kid-friendliness: There a high school on the bulivard and straight across they have a great place for high school kids to vist you can see it's not a play ground more like a high school off campus excretion without adult interruption skateboard area huge and very well planned out for hours of surfing restaurants stores near by real thought out place for that age group
