IMO the staff here needs to be taught to take pride in their work and treat every interaction as an opportunity to learn what quality service is all about. Placing an order is simple and filling that order should be done with pride and respect for your customers. My wife placed an online order. Upon coming home, fries were missing. My wife called to inquire and went back to pick them up. Upon returning home, the fries were cold. Not only were they cold they were stale and smelled...

Ordered on the mobile app today. The cheeseburger was disgusting. Cold and the lettuce and tomatoes were already soggy and limp. It was like it had been sitting out for a long time. The fries were a little bit warm and tasted ok. I'm so disappointed with the cheeseburger. I can't get it off my mind.

Most of the workers seem like it's so hard when a customer pulls up. Especially when they greet you with Yes what do you want? This taco looks F-ing gross. Middleton Idaho. Do better!
