Normally always a great experience and great owner ship I however got handed a drink with the lid not on and the young girl watched it spill in her hand all over the inside and outside of my vehicle stuff happens but the lid was clearly off and she laughed about it I normally wouldn’t be as upset but I had just cleaned it at the car wash next door right before.

If i could give this place a 0 star i would. When i tried to go up to the window and order they would not open the window whatsoever, we went up multiple times with cash in our hands and still nobody came to take our order. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt even though they seen us and made eye contact with us through the window they still didn’t open it. We then decided to sit back down and wait as if they might’ve been busy or doing something we sat down for a good 5 minutes then after another group came along a mother and her daughter. They went up to the window and they took their order straight away i then decided this place is not worthy of my money so i got up and left very frustrated.
P.S the car in the drive thru was there since we got to the place and was still there even after we left which was a good like 20 minutes we were there

Great little stop on our way home. We were greeted pleasantly and they had great service and a good selection of treats! It's so cool that they are directly across from a water park. Way to go! Great marketing opportunity. Such a cute place.
My only wish was that their serve ice cream was creamier.

Waited for a half hour before we realized our order was skipped/lost. Multiple incorrect orders were made while we waited. Very unorganized and disappointing.
Skatepark next door, ice cream truck comes through this area, shaved ice, free water park?? Where was this my whole childhood. Fortnite battle pass was tasty

But here’s the thing: it’s frustrating that you’re only open from late April to the end of August. It’s like a cruel joke for ice cream lovers who crave your treats year-round. It almost feels like you’re sitting on gold and don’t even realize it.
You’ve got something really special here, and it deserves to be taken seriously. Please consider opening longer or finding a way to keep your amazing ice cream available outside of that short summer window. Your loyal customers (like me!) are ready and waiting.
