Very disappointed. Drove a long way to get some ice cream with my kids while they were on spring break. Google said they were open until 10. Got there a little before 9 and there were locked up tight.

We moved to Star about 7 weeks ago. We came to Kravz for the first time this evening.
Situated along Main St. in Middleton, it has a small parking lot and is located across from a park with a water feature designed to get you wet. You order from outside and there are tables with umbrellas to seating.
There was no one there when we arrived. We stood waiting for several minutes, though we saw staff inside. Finally, a young guy came to the window and took our order. After that, we received our ice cream quickly. As other reviewers have noted, the regular scoop is very big; my wife got a mini scoop and it was plenty. I should have ordered that as well, but I went for the regular scoop. Really, too much ice cream for me. I chose the Huckleberry Heaven and my wife got Pistachio. Both flavors, very good. Though it was very warm outside, not to mention poor air quality due to the fires, it was comfortable at the tables, with a slight breeze. Still, we didn't linger outside for too long.
Good value due to the large portions, and the ice cream was very good. We'll be back.

This place was great. Homemade ice cream. The portions are HUGE. A single scoop is the size of a triple elsewhere. Definitely worth checking out.

20 minutes for one Milk shake!☹️ ? ? To many kids working and ignoring customers trying to place orders. We let the people behind us know they needed to knock real loud before they will move otherwise they stare at u through the glass. 20 minutes for one Milk shake. You guys should invest in equipment for snowcone and shakes. These kids must be mixing shakes with a spoon and by hand. One at a time is ridiculous.

Beware! Their "single scoop" of ice cream in a cup weighs 10 ounces!! That's way more than what a scoop should be. That's ridiculous! 2 stars

The ice cream flavors are delicious and you get a large serving size for the cost. Lots of flavors to choose from and different styles of ice cream. My only complaint is the size of cups they use for each serving.. You can't eat it fast enough and it melts outside of the over small cup.

Daughter says the butterfinger shake is the best she’s ever had. My fav is the shaved ice. The small is the size of a my child’s head… I can’t imagine what the large looks like. ?
