To many kids working and ignoring customers trying to place orders. We let the people behind us know they needed to knock real loud before they will move otherwise they stare at u through the glass.
20 minutes for one Milk shake. You guys should invest in equipment for snowcone and shakes. These kids must be mixing shakes with a spoon and by hand. One at a time is ridiculous.

The dudes working in here were awesome! Amazing shaved ice and ice cream excellent, and small was a great size! I don’t know why people are complaining about how much they give you! Love this place, will be coming back!

Situated along Main St. in Middleton, it has a small parking lot and is located across from a park with a water feature designed to get you wet. You order from outside and there are tables with umbrellas to seating.
