We ordered three drinks from the drive thru, and it took almost 20 minutes to get them. At first, we were handed someone else’s drinks, and when we finally got ours, they were still made incorrectly.
There appeared to be about five employees working, so I’m not sure why things were moving so slowly. It felt disorganized and uncoordinated inside.

I’m not quite sure who made my white mocha this morning, but WOW, it was SO good. I’m not a huge fan of coffee, but I would drink one of the white mochas every single day as long as it’s from Middleton Espresso! They are always so friendly and fast, and even offer a stamp card for frequent customers like myself! Thank you ALL!
Poor management, bad planning, and under paid employees I found an ant in my drink.
