Middleton Espresso Cafe

We ordered three drinks from the drive thru, and it took almost 20 minutes to get them. At first, we were handed someone else’s drinks, and when we finally got ours, they were still made incorrectly.

There appeared to be about five employees working, so I’m not sure why things were moving so slowly. It felt disorganized and uncoordinated inside.

Customer service was disappointing as well. When I asked what the drink of the day was, the barista didn’t know and came back with “butterscotch and stuff.” When I asked if it could be made half sweet, her response was, “I guess so.”

We just moved to this area and were really hoping to find a great local coffee spot, but unfortunately this first impression was not good at all. Very disappointed.

Great place to meet up with friends and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Waited in the drive thru line with two cars in front me. It took 30 minutes just to place our order. The people in front of us only got a few drinks. Most likely won't come back.

They offer indoor seating along with outdoor seating on a bench and a private drive-thru window. Drinks are good, but consistency is an issue. Drive thru takes longer so if your rushed I suggest walking in. Parking is abundant.

Have never ordered food from here, but service is always fast and friendly. It seems like the employees enjoy being there. Will be a regular coffee stop for my wife and I.

Such a good find! Stopped in today for the first time and the guy working in the drive through was super nice, my bagel and drink were delicious and great prices! I don’t live in Middleton but it’s definitely worth a little drive to come back!

Stopped in this morning to get some work done while my son was at an event in town. It was a good experience. 16oz iced chai and a thick slice of banana bread for under $10. A few tables were plenty for the mostly take-out crowd for the hour I was there. Good music and friendly staff.

I’m not quite sure who made my white mocha this morning, but WOW, it was SO good. I’m not a huge fan of coffee, but I would drink one of the white mochas every single day as long as it’s from Middleton Espresso! They are always so friendly and fast, and even offer a stamp card for frequent customers like myself! Thank you ALL!

Great place to go and have a mocha or latte. Wish the shop had better hours so I had to reduce a star. When they are open, everything is 5 star.

Every time I’ve been here it’s always been super clean and well polished. The drinks are great (though I admittedly don’t do coffee, everyone I bring here for coffee loves it). The atmosphere is really cute and clearly well maintained, the prices are great, and you get to support a locally owned family business! I like to stop by anytime I come through Middleton!

Overpriced and under flavored. Dutch bros is opening a few miles away, spend your money there instead. The service is terrible and the management is horribly rude, to both customers and staff from what I have seen. Just overall a joke for a coffee shop, places like these is why big buisness wins in America.
