I've been coming to this location almost every work day for almost 2 weeks now and no problem until. The young man that helped me was polite and nice. Toasted my sandwich when I said no. No big deal. I let that go. But then he reached into his dirty pants pocket and got his phone out, with his gloves on trying to help another customer. Then proceeded to pull my food out of the toaster without changing his gloves. I had to ask him to change his gloves. He gave me the okay whine like a child to a parent. Maybe work on food handling training some more. You do not handle people's food with the same gloves you just put in your dirty pocket.

I have been here a lot and it has always been okay. But today there were two kids that that I thought did a really good job. The young man was nice and was quick and efficient. The girl I thought had great customer service greeted me when I walked in and was really polite taking my order. I had ordered a bunch of sandwiches and did not seem fazed by the large ordered. seemed like she actually liked her job.

This location should be shut down for its shady business practices and poor and iellegal treatment of staff (most of whom are minor children).
Bread was not very fresh. It was dry and crumbly. This was the one in Middleton,

All of the workers, except one, were sitting at a table on their phones. The one not, was a blonde, older looking guy with a beard who was actually cleaning stuff and doing his job. The lights in the lobby were also shut off while there were customers sitting in the store eating their food…. It wasn’t even 9pm yet. I’ve worked in the food industry and we would have never let paying customers sit in a dark lobby while they are trying to eat and enjoy their food. That is just uninviting and unwelcoming to the customers. People driving by probably wouldn’t even know that the store was still open. If this was my store I would be embarrassed to know that my paid employees were sitting around on their butts not doing their job. Not to mention that’s not fair to the one good employee who was doing his job.

In the bustling gastronomic landscape of Subway, where assembly-line efficiency meets the artistry of sandwich crafting, there exists a culinary virtuoso named Jason Rose. I loved going to the Subway here in Middleton. While it's small, has a nice atmosphere and the employees did an amazing job making me feel welcome and important! They also were patient with me as I ordered, and help me when I asked for it. 10/10 would recommend anyone what's good sandwich and a smile!
Parking: There's a small parking lot behind the building, but it's kind of hard to get to it when you're coming east on the main street.

I got locked in a subway. They force fed me 30 adderall and started chanting, “crazy? I was crazy once, they locked me in a room, a rubber room. A rubber room with rats. Rats make me crazy.” Then I saw the hat man and blacked out. Needless to say, it was not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend. Also, there were black people. I felt threatened.

I stopped in for lunch today, and was greeted cheerfully by a lady name, Natalie. Natalie and a blonde lady were so fast and so efficient at making the most wonderful salad. I couldn’t believe it. There was a very long line and they were very fast. I think I will go to the store every day for lunch from now on. Best Subway I’ve been to in the whole treasure Valley.

Since when did a sub become thinner than a can of soda. Not only that, my sandwich had almost no meat! I had bread, mayo and onions for dinner for $11. This is absolutely unacceptable!

We placed an order online on the website. When we got there, they said there was no order for us.. we showed them the confirmation order. The lady helping us was very rude. She said she was the manager of the Middleton subway. She kept raising her voice at us when we were talking calmly just trying to figure out what happened to our order. She had us stand in line 3 times. Then we had to order there and wait for our food . We order our food at 11:35am and we got our food handed to us at 12:45 pm. Our lunch is an hour long. So we weren’t even able to have a lunch today because of all of the chaos.
