I let that go. But then he reached into his dirty pants pocket and got his phone out, with his gloves on trying to help another customer. Then proceeded to pull my food out of the toaster without changing his gloves. I had to ask him to change his gloves. He gave me the okay whine like a child to a parent. Maybe work on food handling training some more. You do not handle people's food with the same gloves you just put in your dirty pocket.

We placed an order online on the website. When we got there, they said there was no order for us.. we showed them the confirmation order. The lady helping us was very rude. She said she was the manager of the Middleton subway. She kept raising her voice at us when we were talking calmly just trying to figure out what happened to our order. She had us stand in line 3 times. Then we had to order there and wait for our food . We order our food at 11:35am and we got our food handed to us at 12:45 pm. Our lunch is an hour long. So we weren’t even able to have a lunch today because of all of the chaos.
