Messed up my wife’s order , leaving out tons of veggies and no sauce and was not helpful over the phone at all. The lady ended up ignoring me to take an order and eventually I just had to hang up.upon further notice, even my sandwich was done incorrectly with no sauce or veggies whatsoever

As a Subway employee I am aware of what is expected. On July 4 at 1:00pm I came in and ordered, couple things I noticed. 1. The employees working were just chit chatting in the back (which is fine) 2. The employees that came to help me DID NOT wash their hands and the whole time I was being helped they were talking to each other. Not once did I have a conversation more than about what I wanted.3 The chips weren’t restocked. And they were out of fountain Mtn Dew I was offered a bottle instead.

Your online ordering system is ridiculous! Most of the time it doesn't work! You take the time to order and then you get an error message when you go to pay! Aggravating!!

This is a basic Subway restaurant like every other Subway restaurant. They have nice people working there and I have always gotten a good sandwich there. I go quite often. As for atmosphere, no, not really because it's a Subway. But it's very clean. + I have never had a problem there.

We went and asked about a coupon on our app that only applies to online orders. So we said ok we will order on line. The guy said it’ll take like 20 minutes. Told my husband let’s leave the other work said 5-10 (there was no one there at the time). The order goes through we see them making them right away. The 2 girls tell the guy to bag it, he literally says in a minute takes other peoples sandwiches lifts them over ours after our 10 minute wait and proceeds to talk to the lady for 5 minutes that was helped after us. Then still doesn’t bag them up, everything was paid for through the app, literally just needed put in a bag. Goes and talks to some classmates that came in. After the unnecessary wait says “sorry for the wait”. The people that came in after me, and after my sandwiches were made, we’re gone, checked out and out of the parking lot. before mine were even put in a bag. He was literally looking at me the whole time while I was waiting, I don’t know what his problem was. We’re paying customers and we did everything right. His coworkers were respectful and nice. They asked him twice to pack our food and he just kept saying in a minute.

I've been coming to this location almost every work day for almost 2 weeks now and no problem until. The young man that helped me was polite and nice. Toasted my sandwich when I said no. No big deal. I let that go. But then he reached into his dirty pants pocket and got his phone out, with his gloves on trying to help another customer. Then proceeded to pull my food out of the toaster without changing his gloves. I had to ask him to change his gloves. He gave me the okay whine like a child to a parent. Maybe work on food handling training some more. You do not handle people's food with the same gloves you just put in your dirty pocket.

I have been here a lot and it has always been okay. But today there were two kids that that I thought did a really good job. The young man was nice and was quick and efficient. The girl I thought had great customer service greeted me when I walked in and was really polite taking my order. I had ordered a bunch of sandwiches and did not seem fazed by the large ordered. seemed like she actually liked her job.
