The cashier had a hard time enunciating and projecting her voice which made it difficult to understand her. We repeated the order multiple times however our order was still wrong. But the rest of the staff were friendly.
The kitchen staff are amazing, after phenomenal team. They cheered eachother on, very high positive energy. And the food was done to perfection. One of the best fast food experiences I have had in a long time. This an absolute must visit! My family and I stop here every time we are in Moscow.
They used to have excellent ranch. But they changed it!!! It tasted mostly like mayo it was disgusting,. I went up to the counter and was informed it was the new stuff. Well unfortunately my favorite food items that I get there ( not available at home) I prefer ranch with it, Everything anymore is getting so expensive. I'm better off going home now, since the splurge isn't a treat anymore.
