I ordered the barria chilaquiles and loved every bite of it! Irish Spikes hot sauce takes the food to the next level! The chicken and waffles is pretty good as well, I love that they offer a hot honey that is great on the meal.

My family tried for the first time today and it was AMAZING! By far the best breakfast in Moscow. Food was delicious and creative and absolutely beautiful. We had the avocado toast, biscuits and gravy, and burrito bowl. Also, the thick cut bacon was amazing- I’ve never had bacon served like that at a restaurant. 5 stars ⭐️
Got the chicken and waffles and all the pieces of chicken were damn near literally hallow with no chicken inside for $24. Also ordered the biscuits and gravy, and was very sub par for $16. Not impressed at all, especially with high end prices.
Accommodated my friend's request for a half biscuits and gravy as he cannot eat large portions. He said the biscuit was great! I had the breakfast poutine and it was yummy. I have the chicken and waffles in sight for my next visit. They were busy, but handled it very well.
Overall, we were super impressed!

Great place downtown with both inside and outside seating! Had the biscuits and gravy- which were great! But the bacon was life changing...👍👍👍
I'll be back!

Wonderful ambience, excellent service and really great food. So nice to be served by a delightful waitress who made each table feel like they were her primary concern.

Great inventive food with flavors that we don't have around here!
This place is LEGIT!!! Had the Steak & Eggs with the Au Gratin side dish. It was the best steak & eggs I've had in Moscow in a long time. The wait staff was awesome and super accommodating. Would definitely come again.

Will start off with the super slightly negative, but we had a very positive experience here and will definitely be back!
My only slight negative was on the chilaquiles, all the flavors were great and spot on and the beef birria is fantastic(tho i think there should have been a bit more birria for $20).. My biggest issue was how dry they were. The chips in chilaquiles should be covered in sauce(really, authentic chilaquiles would be non-fried corn tortilla covered in sauce but that would be a hard sell up here in North Idaho so fried tortilla chips are perfectly acceptable haha), while these were a bed of delicious but dry homemade corn tortilla chips with mostly dry toppings on top. Maybe toss a ladle of the birria sauce over the chips before adding the toppings? There should be a good contrast of still crunchy to almost but not quite soggy/wet chips throughout, makes it much easier to get a fork full of everything in one bite. These chips are SUPER crunchy so i think they would hold a sauce extremely well without falling apart. I think that would take this dish from a 7.5/10 to an easy 9(the birria itself is a 10 for sure, flavor wise!).
Outside of that, my absolutely wife loved her avocado toast, and the house-processed bacon is fantastic! Really excited for this place and hope it sticks around.
This spot has a history of delicious restaurants, from Mad Greek to my favorite Chinese place from 90's to early 00's Moscow, New Hong Kong Cafe. Excited to see y'all have kept that streak alive!

The food was amazing! I had the Meaty bowl (potatoes, sausage, ham, and eggs with birri sauce) I’m sure I didn’t spell that right but it was so good! So was the strawberry rhubarb French toast!

2nd time going a highly disappointed in their service. Today went with a couple of friends, ordered food, and after an hour the waitress came over and said that they forgot to put in our order. We still went ahead an ordered again, then she came back out and said that they we're out of some stuff. They did modifications, and afterwards she said she would drop our drinks. Nothing was taken off our tickets and also felt like the manager or owner should have came out and talked to us. It's going have to take some convincing for me to go back.

I’ve been going here pretty regularly after working at night, which is something I rarely do, and I can firmly say as a Midwest transplant their poutine is really good/authentic and their cheese curds are THE BEST in the area! They’re Ellsworth cheese curds if I remember correctly, and they must get them delivered super fresh because I have actually gotten squeaky cheese in my order before. It is greasy, so I recommend putting a napkin under the carton if you’re taking it home, but it’s not old gross grease and it adds to the flavor. (and the hangover prevention properties if you’re looking for that ?) Their hot honey chicken and waffles sandwich is really good too! Tyler is always really kind and fun to talk to while you’re waiting for your food and even recognizes and will make a point to talk to individual regulars.
If you’re Midwestern and looking for your cheese curd fix, then skip the chains—this is the place to go!
