This is the most poorly run restaurant in Moscow! Tonight we were seated immediately and then waited 15 minutes and no one ever came by to take our drink order. I got up and went to the waiters station where 3 employees were doing nothing and told them. The assistant manager said something about being busy figuring out a bill and would be right over. A couple minutes later she came over but could not take our order because her tablet had logged her out, so she went to the back for 5 more minutes. When she came back out we ordered our 2 kids drinks (we had water) and our meals. 45 minutes later they brought my and my wife’s meals and the kids Mac and cheese so they would have something from their order to munch on and said a few more minutes on their wings. My fries were cold and hard, the bun was stale and the chicken was chewy and dry. My wife’s bun was stale on her hamburger. During this time they never brought out my kids drinks. 20 minutes later on, still no kids wings, I threw 40 bucks on the table and walked out. How this place remains in business is a mystery.

Showed up Sunday late at night and was told it was jam packed, while over half the restaurant and bar were completely empty. Multiple people showed up and had to wait for their take out due to being 'jam packed'. We ended up leaving after waiting a while and went to Applebee's instead. Kinda crazy to wait to be seated in an empty restaurant.

that's where she wanted to go and we had a very nice time they came out and sing Happy Birthday to her they were very pleasant and everybody else loved the food

Server was nice, chicken tenders took closer to 30 minutes. Server had to ask manager 3 times to come over and talk w/ us. Manager was interviewing someone instead. Manager didnt really ask anything, or to listen to what we needed, just offered $20 off check. My food was not good, so I asked for it off too. Place seemed really slow and I think I know why

The last three times I have been there with my family, we have had the worst experience. Why we keep trying them again and again is something I honestly can’t answer.
First time: we waited for over an hour for our food, and we were one of 5 tables in the entire restaurant. Two of the tables had already been served, one had already placed an order when we sat down, and then a table after us. And when we did get our food, it was the wrong order but by that time, we were so hungry we just ate it. I also had to get up to ask someone for utensils because our waitress was nowhere to be found.
Second time: service was better, but food wasn’t great. We also got our appetizer after we got our main course (like 20 min later) with the excuse the kitchen was backed up. Guessing they forgot to make it, because once again there was no one there.
The last time, which was yesterday: the food was awful. Fries were cold and dry, my daughter’s boneless chicken was undercooked, and I got sick from the BLT. Spent all night throwing up, and that was the last thing I ate. Our server was ok. She brought us the wrong drinks twice, and just wasn’t very attentive. And, you guessed it, it wasn’t busy at all.
All these times we’ve gone have been right during lunch hours, so it’s not as though we were going during down time. 12:30 should have been bustling, but no one was there.
This was the absolute last time we’ll go there, which is a shame cause the trivia is fun. 🤷🏻♀️

Honestly our waitress was not very attentive and I believe she left out food in the window for too long because when she brought it to us it was cold and not that great! It used to be a good place to eat, but I don't want my food cold! Needless to say she's not getting a tip from me!

One of the absolute most disappointing, and infuriating experience I've ever had At a restraunt. My Husband and I went in for bottomless Apps, ordered the chips and salsa with queso, and don't even get through half the chips before we're out of both dips, get told we can't order more Apps until we eat more chips, then told they also can not bring out more salsa or queso as a side to eat with the chips,(I even offered to pay for more salsa). finally make it through the chips to find out theyre out of 1 of the other 2 Apps (Onion rings) So we do a double order of mozzarella sticks, and when they come out we find out out they don't have marinara either which they couldn't be bothered to tell us before hand and you also can't take Apps from the bottomless Apps home in a togo box. We tried to order wings and they came out so hard and crunchy I couldn't even stab some of them with my fork, and only half covered in sauce. The vibe and music was great. And the server was fairly nice although seemed to be stressed I felt bad for him some what but he could have been more informative. This location seriously needs to step up its game.

My husband's food came out asap... long before our appetizer and my food. My food took at least 45 minutes to come out, for some boneless wings and fries. Our server was great, none of it was her fault and she was super sweet. Thank you LaKeisha! Wish the cook would pull his head out of his ass and actually cook food in a timely manner... oh and there was maybe 8 other people in the whole place so no reason for such slow food.
