Imagine my frustration when I order from what I think is a new local business and what I receive is a Buffalo Wild Wings box… I never would’ve ordered in the first place if I knew it was Bdubs. This is disgusting corporate greed, they even made a cute little fake logo for “wing zone”. Gross.

On 22 March 2025, I took my family to BWW for dinner. The waitress didn't take our drink/appetizer order for 30 minutes. We didn't get our drinks or appetizers for another 45 minutes. The appetizers we had to tell them 3 times what they were, and they came out with the dinner orders. We also made our food order, the kids were hungry. Three food orders came out wrong and cold. My food didn't come out until 2 hrs and 10 minutes total waiting time. Our second drink order waited ant the bar for 25 minutes and my daughter had to go up and grab them. I had talked to the manager 3 times while still waiting for my food.... He said he guarantees food delivery in 15 minutes after ordering. Well, that didn't happen in this case. Excuses after excuses. The manager did pay for all our foods, but we will never go back to this BWW in Moscow Idaho again. Worst food service I've ever had at a BWW.

We ordered boneless wings and got bone in, and this was the second time it happened, and they weren’t even good. We will not be returning to this location due to this, I would not recommended eating here.

We called ahead that our group of 30 was coming to the location twice in advance, and they said that would be fine and they wouldn’t take a reservation. They were able to seat us easily, but they actually took 2 hours to come take our order. We would have walked out sooner, but it’s our friend’s birthday and his favorite place to eat. Awful service.

It is standard buffalo experience, heavy, rich food that is very greasy. While I'm a fan of their wings, their burgers always disappoint me. They lack any acidic flavor to cut through the heavy fat and cheese flavors, that sit so heavy when eaten.

Excellent food. Not impressed with cleanliness of restaurant or the restrooms. My spouse had the new triple bacon burger, and I had the bacon patty melt. We also shared mozzarella sticks. Everything was gas! We did wait at the front for over 10 minutes before anyone greeted us or attempted to help us. Service is def slow & everyone seemed to be really forgetful. We couldn't even get ANY napkins til we were almost done eating. Everything was so greasy & delicious . . . But my pants, nor my spouses pants are napkin friendly lol.

Today has been challenging with work meetings and when i came into BWW, I explained to Korynn i needed a place kinda quiet. She personally took the time to make sure the music was not loud in my section and made sure all my needs were met and went beyond just to make sure i was comfortable. you guys need more of what she is made of. Thank you for the great service that has been provided and i will be back every week now to take work meetings here. YOU ROCK.

Music gets a touch loud at times but aside from that it's an amazing place to dine, have drinks, hang out, and watch some games! Their food is amazing, their staff is awesome, and the atmosphere is pretty killer too! Super family friendly, even for the littlest of littles!

I almost walked out because of the "greeter" and the lack of customer service and terrible attitude but I just drove 5 and 1/2 hours and 300 miles to a town I didn't know and wasn't sure which way to go and what else was available. I can't speak for all BWW restaurants, but I can say this was my first and last experience with the chain. Avoid the Moscow, ID one at all costs, we found an Applebee's up the road afterward and stopped in for drinks, above and beyond better atmosphere and experience.

I felt scammed tonight. It was 10.99 for 10 wings and my bartender told me it was buy one get one Tuesday night special. I didn’t have the rewards program so she said I would get %15 percent off when presenting the bill. So for 12 wings it costed me $15.74. The price went up per wing in the Tuesday special. It took me close to 10 minutes as well on a slow night to close out. Not coming here again anytime soon. Seasons is across the street. Much better service and prices.
