Chick-fil-A

This is the worst location I have ever been too. food was barely lukewarm, service was incredible slow when I ordered one item with no line. This is the only chick fil a I have been too with miserable employees. I asked the cashier for a sauce I didn’t know they didn’t carry here and instead of informing me of such she charged me for sauce and told me after the fact all they could give me was ranch. This place would be better off replaced with any other food establishment honestly. I get it’s on a campus but as a student myself who has to work at the same time there is no excuse to be so terrible at your job. I will never be return to this location and I hope if anything they replace the whole crew to maybe give it a chance.

Waited 19 minutes and got skipped multiple times waiting for a 6 dollar order, even asked people that got served before me if they ordered a number 1(which I ordered as well) and they did even though they were 5 numbers behind me. Spoke to front twice. Worst service I've every received. Next time I will just go hungry. Eat here only if you don't have anything else going on and enjoy horrible service. Only saving grace was sandwich was at least warm

Terrible customer service. After I ordered and paid they told me they didn’t have what I ordered and I could have a spicy sandwich or nothing. Not apologetic and was even more rude after telling me they didn’t have what they wanted. Seemed annoyed that they had to talk to me again. I love chick fil a most of the time, but this was just terrible. The food was cold, and we were all disappointed. Not worth the walk.

Not bad, but below average for Chick-Fil-A — both in terms of service & quality.
They do not accept cash or mobile orders.
Soft drinks are flat about 50% of the time…which is always disappointing.
Way better/faster than they were during pandemic, but still a work in progress…
Updated post/pandemic: they still regularly run out of chicken sandwiches & chicken nuggets… frustrating & disappointing for a franchise that usually does things both well & right

Let me start by saying my favorite restaurant is Chick-fil-A. That said, this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it several chances but it seems like something always goes wrong.

The frozen lemonade has large ice chunks, the fries are soggy and cold or very over salted or burnt, the staff is rude, the lemonade is shut down and they are cleaning an hour before closing, etc. There’s always something.

Workers are incredibly rude, paid $10 for a medium meal and a lemonade. Fries were half empty when I got them and lemonade was just tinted water. Management is a team of grifters

The cashier Alice that works most Tuesday is always rude and condescending to people who order. She ignores when questions are asked or just blankly stares at them. Not only is she rude to my face but as I have been waiting for my food, I have seen her get frustrated and crude to other people. I get certain days are tough but I could get better customer service from any other place in the food court or a MCD during rush.

Limited item menu, so if you want max and cheese your out of luck. Wait times are hot or miss. First time I went there was 30 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received food. The second time I went it was 2 minutes. The staff are always nice so that’s a plus!

Good Food Bad Morals !

They have pretty good food. It's consistently not bad. A little over greasy, and I'm not too much a fan of waffle fries, but it's a very convenient place to eat right between classes. Very long line around noon. The hours could be better, but I don't think that's their fault. They were also out of grilled chicken for months at a time for some reason. The lemonade is bad, wouldn't recommend it at all.
