It's a classic dive bar but I love this! Reasonably priced beer and a great crowd, most who are not students are just plain old blue collar folks and refreshingly authentic. I'm a retired professor with no ties to UI but I still come ther3 weekly from Pullman.
Only food is free popcorn and a few things you can buy such as chips.

Place was popping... So busy, the bartenders somehow kept up as a large group stood just feet away from the bar... They killed it... The door kid with reddish hair... Freaking hilarious... Enjoyed chatting with him... This was my first visit to the corner... Only one lil negative was other door kid... Simple question turned into quite the verbal debate... All good in the end tho

If you don't mind being crowded, at least during the school year, then you will almost always have good scenery,at least after 10pm. On event weekends during the school year, the place gets really crowded and you may have to wait to get inside, unless you get here early.

If you want to get drunk this is the place to go, the bartenders always pour heavy and always over serve I love it, staff is really cool, they always make you feel like family can't complain, will continue to come here
