Hannah was great and attentive. Came in on a Sunday and took forever to get seated. The place is a good sized restaurant and had a lot of of empty tables they spread out the guests..they should of cut the back section off and sat everyone only in the front area so it would have been easier on the waitresses. Took the bacon back ( way under cooked) came back as crispy as possible instead of being a happy medium, the eggs we asked for over medium and they were basically sunny side up...took them back and it was a hockey puck...received my English muffin and it wasn't even toasted. Complete disappointment and mad I had to pay for poorly made food. They were also short staffed. Shame on the management and franchise owners as being a multiple business owner they should of been in there working bussing tables and doing the cash registers. Understaffed means all hands on deck when it comes to upper management. Poorly ran Denny's. Hannah was great.

I always love the atmosphere here at in moscow Dennys ? servers are always kinda and knowledgeable. Leslie was very kind and quick with the service. Food is always good and hot ? even when its busy its still enjoyable to be here.
Kid-friendliness: I always bring my niece to eat at Dennys and the servicers are always really nice to her and offered kids menu. Ask if food should come out sooner for her :) for example Leslie offered to bring her chocolate shake after food.

My family and I have gone to the Moscow Denny's several times in the past 2 months late at night. We have been very disappointed with the food as well as with the service. The food that we were served recently was very bland and unappealing. The floor was dirty, and there were several tables around us that were heaped up with dirty dishes the whole time that we were there. This is the only 24-hour Restaurant in the Moscow-Pullman area. Please improve the quality of your food soon as well as the cleanliness of your facility. This restaurant has been open for only one year. It's been a real disappointment.

Where do I start. First off, HAIR in my wife's mash potatoes. Wasn't either of our hair color. Don't know who's cooking back there but they need a hair net. I order chicken tenders. Somehow they ruined that too. I imagine they put it on the sun since it was super burnt. Charcoal color. Disgusting burning taste. Would never recommend this location.

Hannah took the time to explain the menu and even offered great recommendations based on our preferences. She was quick with our drinks and made sure our orders were perfect. Her positive attitude and genuine care for our dining experience really stood out.
Throughout our meal, she checked in just the right amount, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work, and it truly made our visit special.

Vegetarian options: Beyond burger and many salads can be made vegan by omitting cheese and choosing a vegan dressing.
Parking: Lots of free parking!!
Kid-friendliness: They offer a variety of kid-friendly meals, including breakfast items, burgers, and pasta, often with smaller portion sizes and at a lower price. Also, the relaxed, informal setting makes it comfortable for families, and kids can be themselves without worry.
Very poor service, terrible burger (Beetlejuice) no sauce given but were given bbq sauce as a substitute and our server walked away. Fries were cold and wife's chicken sandwich was way overcooked. Luckily the younger lady who wasn't even our server jumped in and helped us. Our meal was comped by the manager on duty but never came by to talk to us so we just felt dismissed. We really just wanted our food cooked properly and friendly service. The restaurant seemed very understaffed but you would have been sunk without that one server who was bouncing all over the place helping everyone.
