Everything is excellent food and the service. A very clean establishment. A little busy at times but they handle it with ease. I love the burgers with onion rings. Oreo shake is wonderful. The strawberry banana smoothie is amazing. The lumber jack slam with some cinnamon roll pancakes fill me up til lunch time. Dinner is the Burban chicken skillet with a salad and some wonderful strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Omg they have pumpkin pie all year long. Late night favorite is the appetizers omg the cheese sticks and chicken strips and buffalo chicken with some great Bleu cheese dressing. Yes I eat here a lot this place is phenomenal 24 hours day they are there for me.

I'm giving 3 stars not necessarily because of the service. I waited about 40 minutes for my food, but I blame the owners for forcing their employees to work with a skeleton crew. I heard maybe 2 people in the kitchen, and there was only one overworked person working front of house. That kind of treatment of employees is abhorrent, and the owner should rethink how they schedule their employees.

Stopped by Denny’s on a Saturday night and felt really bad for the situation. The place was clearly understaffed — only one lady was working the whole floor. She looked completely exhausted and was clearly overworked, but she was still trying her best. Service took a long time, about 30 minutes just to get our order and another 15 minutes just to pay at the front. The staff that was there deserves credit for working so hard, but management really needs to do better about staffing.

I went to the New Lewiston Idaho Dennys. I had a great experience with my server her name was Andrea she was nice fast always asked if we needed anything. She informed us that it was going to be slow because they just opened up and she would try to serve us the best she could. I have been back to Dennys several times and the service wasn't as it as was with Andrea but i know that its a new store and it will take some time to work out the hiccups. But our very first server Andrea she was fantastic.

We've been dining here for a while as a family and today was the worst trip. All 3 orders of scrambled eggs were very very overdone, the sausage gravy tasted like flour paste, and bacon was only slightly cooked. I dont know if it was just a bad day but it was a very disappointing meal. My 8yr old liked the chocolate chip pancakes so that was good.
