Love the staff but the last three times I’ve ordered ahead they’ve mixed up the additions to my drinks. My coffee additions were added to a tea making both drinks incorrect. I don’t know if there’s a problem with their POS or new staff but I’ve now had 6 drinks ruined because of this.

I stop by Dutch Bros in Moscow every single morning, and it has truly become one of the best parts of my day. The customer service here is incredible and the employees are always upbeat, friendly, and genuinely fun to chat with before work.
What really sets this location apart is how well the team gets to know their customers. They remember my drink every time, greet me with the same great energy, and make the experience feel personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both appreciated and uplifted just by stopping in, but this Dutch Bros team delivers that consistently.
Huge thank-you to the crew for making each visit such a great start to my day! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for amazing service and an awesome cup of coffee.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros but the staff in Moscow is a joke. We are everyday customers and they messed up both of our drinks. We tried calling to let them know but there is no local number so we went back the next day and the girl acted like it was going to be a huge deal for them to replace them correctly. I do not recommend. Its too much to pay for drinks that are only correct about 25% of the time

The people going here block traffic. It makes me not want to visit. I've stopped in a couple of times. Drinks are okay and muffin tops taste processed, kind of like twinkies. Honestly though, my biggest complaint is the rude way people block or cut across traffic to go here. This location attracts rude and entitled drivers.

I’m so sad with this but I’ve been going to the Dutch bros for years. I always get the same thing, a large shark attack and with extra coconut, blue razz and lime. I then receive a very very pink drink everytime and it taste nothing like that drink I fell in love with at the start. The staff is kind but never make my drink correct.
Dutch bros was great because they used to focus solely on customer service and making great drinks. I’ve never had that experience with this Dutch bros and am highly disappointed in how they run this stand. The drinks are mediocre compared to other stands I visit. Any sort of issue I’ve had with them gets resolved poorly and I feel like I’ve wasted my money on a gross drink and bad customer service.

My husband and I went there are around 11am on June 19, and there were these two girls that served us with a smile! We already love Dutch Bros BUT the kindness they had really put the icing on top!

These guys are always so friendly and inviting. My son stops by here almost daily and challenged me to get a blended hyperchrome redbull with strawberry Boba. I was amazed. Now, I can't pass a Dutch without satisfying this new craving. On a hot day, this is the best refreshment!

My son and daughter-in-law came with me and we walked up to the Dutch Bros coffee stand in Lewiston Idaho. Staff seemed friendly enough, but the free coffee that we got for installing the app was filled to the very brim with ice so not a lot of beverage a bit disappointing.
